The project includes the supply of product, engineering, panel assembly, erection and commissioning on site. 20- Kiln Drive upgrade ( Mineya Cement Company) upgrade and conversion of the Main Kiln drive motor from DC to AC with a new AC drive using ABB products, the project includes, engineering products supply and commissioning supervision 21- Cement Bags counter( Helwan Cement Company) Supply and install of a PLC based control system to count the produced bags from the all production line, (monitoring and counting local in at each bagging station, project includes supply of all material, installation, commissioning. 22- ID Fans Upgrade ( Tourah cement Plant line 7) Design and implementation of new DC Drive panels to control two ID fans motors that include new control concept using ABB DC drives 2500 Amp and 1200 Amp / Siemens PLC s / Camille Bauer Video graphic recorders. 23- Power monitoring system (Helwan Cement Company ) monitoring of the power consumption for 55 motor each with a separate indicator ( Camille Bauer A210 ). The supplies include 5 units of Camille Bauer Video Graphics recorders with 36 channel each for a total of 180 channel to be monitored 38- Power Monitoring System (EFACO) Complete Engineering, supplies of Power monitoring and Analysis system including the dismantling of the old system, erection and commissioning of the new 19 inch rack monitoring and Power calculation and Analysis devices from Camille Bauer that cover to melting furnace. The job was done in three stage (each stage for one production line) and in a very short time frame during lines shutdowns. 49- Scada Developing and Complete factory panel labeling (Sphinx glass Egypt) developing and connecting one Scada package ( Intouch 1000 Tag) to the current factory network to monitor parts of the batch plant The project comprise as well developing a numbering schema for all the control panels in the factoring.. re-edit all the electrical drawing to include the new numbering schema and to install the new numbers on all the panels wires.
