2 Medium Voltage Soft Starters HRVS-DN Medium Voltage Soft Starter, A, V Incorporating microprocessor circuitry with fiber optic control, the HRVS-DN is the ideal soft-starting solution for medium voltage asynchronous as well as synchronous motors.the sophisticated control ensures superior acceleration and deceleration, thus, eliminating current and mechanical shocks. Control Products TPS Thyristor Power Supply (temperature controller) A, V (4-1000KW). Fully digital Thyristor Power System (voltage/heater Controller). The TPS has a heavy duty one, two or three phase power unit for controlling the voltage applied to loads such as a variety of heating elements. The TPS allows continuous automatic temperature control while eliminating contactor switching and over/under heating. 5 Motor Protection and Control Relays The MPS 3000 is the ideal protection for high voltage and large low voltage motors in applications requiring comprehensive protection with advanced warning, especially in the process, chemical marine and offshore industries. Monitoring three phase currents, voltages and up to 10 temperature inputs, it provides a most complete motor protection package. Thermal capacity and overload calculation methods are incorporated as well as bias input into the Overload curve from current imbalance (positive/negative sequence) and temperature sensors, ensuring accurate modeling of the motor condition. MPS 3000 Motor Protection Relay and Controller MPS 3000-P: The MPS 3000-P monitors three phase ground currents, voltage and temperature inputs to provide the most comprehensive motor protection package. With up to 10 temperature sensors, the MPS 3000-P provides many programmable protection functions. It is ideal for high voltage motors, large low voltage motors and applications where full protection, advance warning and external overload bias is essential, such as in the process and chemical industries. MPS 3000-C: Similar to the MPS 3000-P except with advanced control capabilities for all types of starting methods, including soft starters. The MPS 3000-C has been specifically designed for integration into motor management systems in chemical, petrochemical and other complex process systems. MPR-6 Motor Protection Relay The MPR-6 is a new generation of microprocessor based relay. Measuring three phase currents and three temperature inputs it provides 20 programmable protection functions with programmable output relays. The compact and cost effective MPR-6 is ideal for small to medium low and high voltage motors. MPR-6-DGF Directional Ground Fault Motor Protection Relay Similar to the MPR-6, incorporates directional ground fault protection, for detecting short circuits at sea, where conventional grounding is complicated. MPC-6 Motor Protection and Control Relay The MPC-6 is a new generation microprocessor based Motor Protection Controller, allowing for Protection, Control, and Supervision for single motors or motors operating through Motor Control Centers (MCC).
