6 WIND TURBINE LOCK with security bolt and magnetic tape Anti-intruder protection in wind turbines and industrial installations, with double security: magnetic tape and security bolt. Exterior view Interior view Cross-section SPECIFICATIONS OF THE DEVICE Excellent anti-intruder resistance. The lock does not have any accessible exterior elements which can be handled. There are two security devices, magnetically coded exterior tape and interior bolt with security head. Door secured to the frame with MI 6 security bolt. The door is secured to the wind turbine frame, making leverage of the door more difficult. Permits opening from interior. Does not require electrical power, lock is activated with the natural magnetic field. Zinc-coated to protect against weathering.

7 GRID GUARDS to prevent ice falling on vehicles Protective grids to prevent ice that is detached from the wind turbines falling on vehicles below. Protection of the roof and front of the vehicle Designed in accordance with UNE /2001. Absorbed energy above 700 joules. Impact test with absorbed energy equal to 2351 joules. Does not require special legalisation in the MOT to permit driving with the system folded up. SPECIFICATIONS OF THE DEVICE Own manufacture.. Does not require implementation of any legalisation in the MOT to permit driving with the system folded up on the roof of the vehicle. Rapid assembly of the guard on the vehicle, without the need for any special tools, or modifications to the vehicle chassis. Once the guard has been installed on the vehicle, it can be opened out and folded up by one person alone, as the front guard has two gas cylinders which assist the operator. The system has a high level of resistance as it has successfully passed tests intended for earthmoving equipment: UNE EN and 1365 joules of impact. The absorbed energy on front and upper impact is even higher. The standard requires 700 joules and the system withstood 2351 joules during the tests. Economically viable, as the only expenditure is on the system itself. No resources are required for legalisations, drafting of individual projects, etc.

8 ANCHOR DEVICES MODEL PAZ03/AW This anchor device complies with the safety requirements laid out in the European standard UNE EN 795: 2012 Class A for anchor devices and UNE EN 50308:2008. kn Anchor point 25 kn Users Connection Swivel and hinge. 9 ANCHOR POINTS for wind turbines Anchor points specifically for wind turbines, compliant to UNE EN 50308: kn Designed for point load of 20 kn in any direction without breaking. Can be used by two people. SPECIFICATIONS OF THE DEVICE Own manufacture. Designed in accordance with UNE EN 50308:2005 and UNE EN 795: Working load limit 25 kn. Designed for point load of 20 kn. Swivel and hinge anchor point, permits correct orientation in any direction. Option to assemble directly on M20 bolt, or using base plate with two MI 0 bolts. Please enquire for other measurements. 62 mm opening of ring. This allows easy connection of two standard or wide-opening carabineers. Manufacture in zinc-coated F114 steel, ring painted yellow and with plate identifying maximum permitted load. Identification plate with: manufacture, model, serial number, working load limit and applicable standards.

11 Handles to facilitate access to wind turbines Tesicnor designs, constructs and assembles fastenings adapted to the configuration of the wind turbine. Made in accordance with UNE EN 50308, these are an aid during ascension as they offer a safe grip in areas with a risk of falling. INITIAL SITUATION REAR VIEW HANDLE INSTALLED REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SYSTEM Standard Handles with the same resistance as an anchor point. Areas with a risk of falling: These must be installed in areas with a risk of falling and where it is not possible to install guard rails. Logical position: In relation to the body and placed in the correct direction to provide support. Minimum length: 0.15 metres. Distances studied: If more than one handle is required to ensure adequate support for the body, these must be installed at a distance of 1 metre. System uses neodymium magnets. These keep the collector in position as it extends around the tower. Assembly by one operator alone.
