2 PTO Driven Mixers Our tractor driven agitator Types Z4, Z5 and Z6 are characterized by easy handling, quiet operation and high mixing performance. By means of the drive head with dual tapered roller bearings, the radial and axial forces are transferred to the mixer tube and to the frame so that a Operation is possible at 1,000 rpm. 3 PTO Driven Mixers For high vessels The PTO driven Giantmix Z3, together with a mounting bracket is suitable for stationary installation. A rubber compression seal (Ø 7.9 in) is approved for an installation depth of 19.7 ft. An oil pressure equalization tank is used for leak monitoring of the bearing housing. There are versions with shaft sealing rings (packing) or SiC / SiC mechanical seals. Galvanized versions are available as well as pipes and impellers in ss304 stainless steel. Agitators can also be equipped with HP motors for automatic operation. 5 PTO Driven / Electric Mixers Giantmix Type MZR for Raceway or Slalom Canals For automatic mixing operation, SUMA offers the Giantmix Type MZR motor driven mixers with installed power of HP. These are also supplied with a PTO input and guard. During power outages, this allows operation of the mixer with a tractor. 6 Electric Agitator REKORDMIX The SUMA agitator type Rekordmix have either a 5.5 HP, 7.5 or 10 HP motor. The delivery can be made completely ready for use with a manual turning- / delta switch and cables. In addition to the standard galvanized version, there are also options with stainless steel pipes and impellers. Installation/mounting options for every application are available. For small and mid size pits - open and closed vessels Together with the SUMA suspension mounting frame EB2 the Rekordmix units can be used with high or steel containers. With the EB2, the agitators can be adjusted laterally and for swivel and tilt. 7 Submersible Mixers OPTIMIX For agricultural applications Type series 2G / 3G / VA The submersible agitators of the 2G series are only suitable for agricultural applications as well as for harsh operating conditions in biogas tanks. Motor ratings of 5.5 / 12 and 20 HP are available. The flanged motor mount is suitable for guide of 3.1 / 3.9 / 4.7 in square cross-section. If performance is really needed, SUMA offers the OPTIMIX 3G, with a 33 HP motor for continuous operation. For substrates with a low ph-values and use in very aggressive media, the OPTIMIX Type 2A, in all stainless steel, is available. The SUMA 4-roller guide system ensures it is easy to slide the mixers up and down the guide masts. The 3 separate oil chambers, motor, gearbox and drive head, ensure safe and reliable agitation. The seal is made using the proven mechanical seal with SiC / SiC seal rings, incorporated in the drive head. SUMA mixers are suitable for manual switching or automatic scheduled starts; for soft start controls or for variable frequency drives. OPTIMIX mobile for closed containers When inside buildings with headroom and/or space restrictions, the squaretube can be designed as telescopic. A narrow chassis is available. The submersible mixer is attached to a robust PVC plate. The unit can be connected with Z-bars on a made in an existing barrier wall or window, on-site wall slot with guide.
