3 Premis version : manual pressure regulator Easy operating area From the implementation to the application and up to the waste management, the PREMIS offers accessible and linked manual valves located on the same side of the machine. PM150 (60 l/min) piston diaphragm pump with a regulation by pressure regulator (Premis version) PM210 (105 l/min) piston diaphragm pump for Premis Regulair and Premis Regulair EV Simple PTO shaft Self priming pump and ability to go up to 15 bars 500 microns filling strainer Induction hopper Integrated pump and centralized operating area THE REGULATION PREMIS Regulation : regulation by pressure manual adjustment The pressure regulator is located between pump and nozzles. The user needs to adjust manually the regulator to obtain the required working pressure. The pressure level is based on the rate of application and the selected nozzle. Once the adjustment is done, the pressure is stable. If the engine RPM moves, the pressure keeps the same level. Ø 64 mm pressure gauge Option : in-cab controls (on/off) by means of joystick. PREMIS REGULAIR Regulation : regulation by manual pressure adjustment with pneumatic regulator The pressure regulator spring is swapped with an air valve which is inflated to the required pressure. Once the pressure is adjusted, it keeps the same level and the regulator automatically compensats the section cut off without any calibrated return adjustment. Ø 64 mm pressure gauge Option : in cab controls (on/off) by means of joystick or eletric pressure adjustment in cab.
