2 Staffa Radial Piston Motors These Staffa Radial Piston Motors are available in two forms, the single displacement range from HMB010 up to HMB400 and the dual displacement range from HMC030 up to HMC400. 3 Kawasaki K3VL Variable Displacement Pumps High efþ ciency, compact design with through drive capacity, high self priming speeds and with 320 Bar continuous pressure rating it is very robust and reliable. These units come with an extensive range of integral control options enabling exceptional overall speciþ cation and performance. Available in SAE and ISO mounting options Pressure limiter and load sense combination with integral unload and proportional relief remote control. Torque limiter control which can be integrated with any of the above. This series is especially suitable for heavy duty applications. Reliable High Pressure and Long-life is made possible by utilising an optimised piston/slipper and high load bearings. Low Noise is made possible by suitable valve plate design and rigid pump casing. High EfÞ ciency, High Self priming Capability by the use of a spherical valve plate. Optional Through Drive allows an auxilliary or second pump to be direct mounted proving a compact, low cost solution. Displacement sizes Applicable to Þ re-resistant ß uids. 4 Kawasaki K8V Closed Loop Pumps The K8V series has been developed as a swash plate and closed circuit type pump based on the proven design of the K3V/K5V Pumps. K8V series is suitable for HST (Hydro Static Transmission), making the most of Kawasaki s advanced high efþ ciency technologies. 5 Kawasaki Motors The M2X/M5X series of swash plate type piston motors developed for application to swinging/slewing operations. These motors are complete with a built in mechanical brake, relief valve and make up valve. The MX3 offers a range of Þ xed displacement motors and the M3B offers variable displacement options. Staffa Gearboxes This range of single reduction Epicyclic Gearboxes extends the continuous Torque capacity of the Staffa motor range up to 104 KNm. This comprehensive range of 6 sizes, is designed on the modular concept, offering over 40 combinations of geared motor transmissions. Additionally these can be combined with a multiplate brake assembly, Þ tted inside the gearbox casing. Complete Transmission full range gives a balanced transmission package for both marine and general industrial drives Flexibility in service modular concept for minimum inconvenience.
