Installing a TXV variable displacement pump will transform your hydraulic equipment. Slow or rapid movements are done with precision, due to the constant adjustment of pump flow rate. The range offered, and the corresponding pressure and torque possibilities, mean there is an optimal solution for virtually all industrial and mobile applications.

4 your hydraulic equipment. 2 quick 3 slow and precise 1 slow and precise 4 The pump incorporates a load sensing device to control flow and maximum pressure. This is piloted by a proportional valve which sends a signal directly to the pump to advise of the flow needed by the hydraulic circuits, as a function of required speed but regardless of load. Q 1 & 3 2 For slow, precise movements, the pump can adjust its flow whilst also controlling pressure. This avoids over-heating of fluid, excessive noise and fluid degradation which can occur with fixed displacement pumps. The motor driving the pump only provides the power actually needed by the equipment, thus ensuring longer service life of that equipment, significant gains in energy consumption, and overall a more environmentally friendly solution. For rapid movements, the pump supplies the required flow virtually instantaneously. time The proportional movement of the control lever is perfectly reproduced.

5 load-sensing The load-sensing function allows pump flow to be controlled so as to correspond exactly to what the receiving organs require. At the same time, it controls maximum service pressure of the pump. Pump displacement is proportional to the stroke of the pistons. Displacement - and therefore flow - is varied by changing the angle a of the swaplate. Changing the angle a of the swaplate from maximum to minimum enables pump displacement to vary from maximum displacement to zero (flow cancellation). 8 TXV main characteristics Choice of fluid: Generally fluid ould be mineral based hydraulic fluid, of ISO class 32, 46 or 68, depending on temperature conditions, so as to ensure correct operating viscosity of between 10 and 400 cst. Overhang torque for all TXV models, complete with standard control device: = 35 mn. Recommendations To ensure optimal pump efficiency, a supply line of minumum diameter 50 mm is recommended. Correct operation of the pump requires an LS line with diameter for fluid passage = 6 mm and a drain line with diameter for fluid passage = 10 mm. In all cases, the connecting lines ould be of minimum length. The TXV environment : truck applications The pump is the heart of your hydraulic system. We would remind you that the pump s longevity and its technical performance during operation depend directly on the working environment. This environment is essentially made up of: the PTO : speed, ratio and torque; the tank: capacity, position etc. the fluid: type of fluid, cleanliness; the way the pump is used: type of application, duty cycle etc. For advice on defining the right environment for the pump, please do not hesitate to contact us.
