5 Mature Mobile Application Solution HM3V Series Variable Displacement Piston Motor The Hengli HM3V series hydraulic motor is a medium-load, two-position variable axial piston motor with integrated variable setting piston. The HM3V variable motor can be applied to open or closed hydraulic transmission circuits. The features like cartridge design, small size, light weight, displacement range from 25~45cc/rev and the oil port position on the side of the motor layout, are suitable for applications for aerial work platform and Handling machinery, which are with limited installation and oil piping system space. Through the oil control, the motor can be switched to the minimum displacement. 2 The brake pressure release oil channel, which will not influence the internal oil channel, is casted in the housing. Through this channel, the released pressure oil from external brake can be connected to the brake release port of the gear reducer. 3 In open circuit, the motor outlet can maintain a certain back pressure to ensure that the internal components of the motor are lubricated and working properly. The pressure on the low pressure side of the system should be kept above 3.

The mechanical brake and the auxiliary valves are highly integrated around the rotating parts. The specially designed mounting flange allows a direct connection to the gear reducer and suitable for high pressure open and close circuit.
