13 Trailer Placement Locate trailers clear of the excavation.
14 Emergency Water Supply Trailer Water trailers and temporary hook ups are options to consider when there is a water outage..
15 Cutting Asphalt or Concrete Cut the asphalt or concrete before excavating..
16 Recycling Asphalt or Concrete The asphalt or concrete can be recycled.
17 Excavation Excavate on the opposite side of the sewermain.
18 Hydrant Lead Valve In certain areas a hydrant lead valve must be installed. Hydrant Lead Valve Water Main
19 Spoil Pile The trench will be sorted into salvageable material and non-salvageable material.
20 Utility Depths Establish utility depths using the feeling rod.
21 Supported Utility Other Utilities must be supported Gas Line Gas Line Supported from Above
22 General Excavation Safety
23 Gas Line Safety In the event of a natural gas line hit the machine shall be immediately turned off
24 Power Line Safety Should a power line come to rest on the equipment, do not exit the equipment
25 Excavation Safety Don't get between the excavator bucket and the truck being loaded. Danger Zone

33 Tool Disinfection Soak items with disinfectant solution (Min 5% Sodium Hypo-chlorite solution).
