5 CLAMSHELL BUCKET CLAMSHELL BUCKET CodE L Tare about L The VALLOGGIA clamshell buckets were born to work in the toughest conditions when and where no other tool can work: where bulldozers and diggers can not access due to excessive depht, the soft ground, the water is always possible to drop a Valloggia clamshell bucket. In the costruction site the clamshell bucket is very usefull for the movement of sand, gravel, topsoil or any loose material. The cycle of operations, from the loading to the unloading, is very simple as the crane operator has only to lift and lower the hook. 600 L A. Gate operation is by means of a nylon rope attached to a spring return lever ensuring excellent control whilst allowing the operator to control the flow from ground level. Lever operation of the patented discharge gate ensures continuity of concrete flow and a 200 mm diameter 2 metre long heavy duty discharge hose which prevents segregation. The forklift truck platform allows to the bucket to be handled from all the four sides. AUTOMATIC COLUMN CONCRETE SKIP Column concrete skip and conical buckets can be ordered with motorized opening mouth o p e r a t e d b y r e m o t e c o n t r o l. The motor is powered by a 24 volt battery that allows the bucket to be used in each construction site with a runtime of 10 operations, to then be recharged at a normal 220-volt outlet. It consists of a platform checker plate and four walls in welded net. Operator access to the platform is carried by a special door opening inwards, with suitable clamping system. The forking of the platform to the work of the forklift is done with ease and security within two solid welded tubular rails under the floor. For safety reasons, the platform is equipped with a locking system on the forks of the truck, capable of preventing its accidental extraction of the fork as a result of incorrect maneuvers by the driver. 16 FORKLIFT BUCKET The forklift bucce has been designed for easy and immediate use: it is "forked" as if it were a pallet and is ready to work. It does not require any connection to the forklift or hydraulic or mechanical. This bucket is characterized by its versatility and the possibility to be used in work activities of any kind in fact, to collect loose material of any type and not least the displacement of the snow by squares, parking and loading ramps. The container is composed of a hopper for containing the material; this box is hinged to an underlying platform suitable to be taken with the forks of the forklift; this platform is equipped with a coupling device between the same and the overlying tipping. Pressing the release lever turns off the coupling between the platform and body so that it can tilt forward by downloading the content. This movement is assisted by one or more dampers. To return the tipping in horizontal position and locked, the forklift operator simply lowers the forks of the truck itself until the caisson, touching the ground, will rotate until hang up. 17 EURO TIPPING SKIP The Euro tipping skip is available with or without wheels, it is a folding container for forklift. It consists of a body for the containment of the material pivoted to an underlying platform suitable to be taken with the forks of the forklift. Pressing the release lever turns off the coupling between the platform and body so that it can tilt forward by downloading the content. To return the tipping in horizontal position, the operator must simply lower the forks of the truck until the edge, touching the ground, causes the rotation of the body up to the hook. The front panel is structured in such a manner as to be opened with upward rotation. The body is pivoted to an underlying platform, able to be taken by the forks of the forklift.
