4 GENERAL LIGHTING INFORMATION: The Center maintains a general plot. Instruments can be focused as needed. Lights can not be removed from their location. Lights must be focused to house plot during load out. Gel color can be pulled and replaced as needed. Users must supply own gel. All connection points are stage pin. ORCHESTRA SHELL: The Center is equipped with a full Diva Acoustic Shell by Wenger. The Shell is designed to embellish the sounds of choirs, bands, orchestras, and individual musical artists. (An additional fee is required to set the Shell into performance position. The Shell may only be set up and removed by The Center staff and personnel.) STEINWAY GRAND PIANO: The Center is home to a beautiful Steinway Grand Piano. Groups desiring to use the piano will be charged an additional fee. (A tuning fee will be charged to groups requiring use of the piano.) THE ART GALLERY: An area for art work display. The gallery has areas for hanging art work as well as assorted pedestals for sculpture and assorted art work. Located off the main lobby close to the main entrance, the art gallery is a great location to display individual or group art works. THE LOBBY: A great area for: receptions, award ceremonies, and/or meetings. The lobby has high ceilings and a large space for small events or receptions. This area is available when the main theatre is not in use. Interested groups may rent just the lower lobby or the entire upper and lower lobby. THE MAKE-UP/DRESSING ROOMS: Located behind the stage, the Center has 2 large dressing rooms with lockers and a large make-up area with 16 individually lit make-up mirrors which make it easy for large casts to prepare for performance. The Center also has 2 "Star" dressing rooms backstage. The star dressing rooms are in close proximity to the BlackBox Theatre and can house individual performers, or can accommodate a small cast. Each dressing area has its own bathroom facilities. Dressing rooms must be returned to a clean and organized fashion at load out. THE CLASSROOMS: There is one classroom in The Center, adjoined to the BlackBox Theatre. This room can be made available for certain events by prior written arrangement with The Center management. Classrooms are not available during school hours. Rooms must be restored to previous arrangement after use.
