AL: $8.1 Million (ARRA Grant) The Alabama Department of Transportation will use the funds to purchase 11 buses; four vans; engineering and design for two facilities; rehabilitation and renovation of a bus facility; real estate; acquisition and rehabilitation of a parking facility, preventative maintenance and operating assistance. AZ: $17.2 Million (ARRA Grant) The City of Phoenix: $15 million to purchase two buses, to construct four park-and-ride lots, and for operating assistance. Arizona DOT: $2.2 million for Park & Ride lots, administrative buildings, and a vehicle storage lot. Yuma Metropolitan Planning Organization: $14,991 to complete installation of card-readers in every MSTII (MB) vehicle. CA: $83.9 Million (ARRA Grant) City of Modesto: $35,500 for preventative maintenance. City of Turlock: $194,532 for a bus transfer hub facility. Orange County Transportation Authority: $500,000 to purchase three

2 alternative fuel buses as replacements for the City of Laguna Beach. City of Vallejo: $2.4 million for repair and rehabilitation of the Vallejo Intermodal Station. Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority: $69,776 for the Metro Blue Line traction power substation. Southern California Regional Rail Authority: $4.7 million to fund track rehabilitation, Positive Train Control, Keller Yard storage, Central Maintenance Facility Guard, and insurance. City of Vacaville: $527,655 for the Vacaville Intermodal Station; $115,330 to purchase 14 electronic fareboxes. City of Santa Clarita: $2.4 million for construction of two transit parking facilities. City of Fresno: $1.2 million for operating assistance. City of Montebello: $1.9 million to purchase three 40ft. CNG replacement buses and for operating assistance. City of La Mirada: $63,287 for bus security cameras and maintenance equipment. City of Fairfield: $172,340 to install 63 fareboxes; $788,484 for the purchase of six buses. Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation Department: $2.4 million for replacement of bus wash equipment. The Sacramento Regional Transit District: $488,000 to purchase six replacement minivans and operating assistance. City of Manteca: $649,009 to purchase bus passenger amenities. San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART): $17 million for railcar and station equipment improvements Municipal Transportation Agency/City and County of San Francisco (MUNI): $18.2 million to rebuild and perform preventive maintenance on light rail vehicles. San Mateo County Transit: $2 million for preventive maintenance and the purchase of four replacement buses. Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board: $2.7 million for the San Mateo bridges replacement project. Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority: $12.3 million for the purchase of foot buses. Union City: $77,123 for the purchase of two 35-foot buses. Western Contra Costa Transit Authority: $197,637 for preventive maintenance and the purchase of a generator. Easter Contra Costa Transit Authority: $1.1 million for preventive maintenance, the purchase of lifts, and parking lot repairs. Central Contra Costa Transit Authority: $1.1 million for preventive maintenance. Livermore-Amador Valley Transit Authority: $779,046 for preventive maintenance. City of Santa Rosa: $1 million for the purchase of two hybrid electric buses. City of Simi Valley: $1 million for garage modernization, ADA operations, and equipment. Napa County Transportation Planning Agency: $721,312 for bus rehabilitation and the purchase of shop equipment. Sonoma County Transit: $448,161 to replace one 40-foot CNG bus.

3 Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District: $6.7 million for preventive maintenance. CO: $6.4 Million (ARRA Grant) The Colorado Department of Transportation: $2.2 million for operating assistance and to purchase three replacement buses and a van, to rebuild two buses; and purchase equipment. The City of Colorado Springs: $4.2 million for the purchase of three support maintenance vehicles, 30 paratransit vans, construction of administration facility, renovate passenger facility; security equipment; bus stop enhancements and operating assistance. CT:$237,778 (ARRA Grant) The Connecticut Department of Transportation will use the funds for Marlborough Park and Ride Lot improvements. DC: $1.6 Million (ARRA Grant) The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority will use the funds for preventative maintenance. FL: $27.6 Million (ARRA Grant) The Sarasota County Transportation Authority: $4.6 million to purchase two hybrid buses, ITS equipment, and to fund a transfer facility. Lake County Board of County Commissioners: $180,067 for operating assistance; Lakeland Area Mass Transit District: $3.9 million to purchase one 35-foot bus, bus shelters, operating assistance, miscellaneous bus equipment and construct a rehabilitation facility. The Jacksonville Transportation Authority: $9.3 million to purchase nine lowfloor 40-foot buses; transit enhancement; facility improvements; bus shelter enhancements; rehabilitation/renovation of administrative and maintenance buildings; cooling systems for buses; park-and-ride lots; bus shelters and miscellaneous support equipment. Florida Department of Transportation: $3.1 million for purchase and

4 installation of a metal structure to provide cover for vehicles; intercity bus terminal building and operating assistance; Martin County Board of County Commissioners: $1.2 million to purchase an administrative building and intermodal hub; Miami-Dade Transit Agency: $5.3 million to purchase three 30-foot shuttle buses; two 30-foot minbuses; three 30-foot minibuses for circulator bus routes; bus shelters and operating assistance. GA: $12.1 Million (ARRA Grant) Georgia Department of Transportation: $4.9 million to purchase 21 vans; 13 shuttle buses; two intercity buses; bus shelters; computer systems; automatic vehicle locators; mobile data; security cameras; communications systems; miscellaneous shop equipment; bus terminals and multimodal facility. Georgia Department of Transportation: $3.2 million for the purchase of six new buses, bus refurbishment, fare collection equipment; ITS equipment, and surveillance and security equipment; Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority: $2.3 million for operating assistance. Cobbs Community Transit: $244,880 will be used to fund the Cobb Community Transit paratransit facility and surveillance cameras. Henry County Board of Commissioners: $120,000 for construction of a lube shop and miscellaneous shop equipment; Georgia Regional Transportation Authority: $636,298 for operating assistance; Chatham Area Transit Authority: $449,039 for operating assistance; Cherokee County Commission: $4,761 for additional support to purchase miscellaneous communications equipment. Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners: $217,880 for operating assistance. IA: $1.3 Million (ARRA Grant) The Des Moines Regional Transit Authority: $1.3 million to purchase five buses, work on an administrative and maintenance facility, miscellaneous shop equipment and operating assistance. The Regional Transportation Authority: $122,165 for locomotive rehabilitation and station renovation. IN: $13.8 Million (ARRA Grant) The Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission: $1.7 million to purchase four vans; for bus station renovations; and for miscellaneous bus support equipment and transit enhancements. City of Anderson: $1.6 million will use the funds to purchase a bus, two vans, and three support vehicles, and for operating assistance. City of Kokomo: $1.0 million to purchase a transit operations control center; two 30-foot buses and operating assistance; Indiana Department of Transportation: $7.6 million will use the funds towards construction and renovation of administrative and maintenance facilities. City of Columbus: $888,815 for construction of a transfer facility. Gary Public Transportation Corporation: $725,000 for operating assistance. The Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission: $216,000 for a centralized scheduling and dispatch center. KS: $4.6 Million (ARRA Grant) The Kansas Department of Transportation will use the funds for vehicles, the Riley Company Facility, bus shelters, bus stop signs and miscellaneous equipment.

6 KY: $247,300 - Louisville (ARRA Grant) The Transit Authority of River City will use the funds to purchase four buses and miscellaneous support equipment. Monday, March 01, 2010 LA: $7 Million (ARRA Grant) Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development: $6 million for miscellaneous equipment, four 50-foot passenger intercity buses and bus storage facilities. St. Tammany Parish Government: $1 million for construction of Highway 434 Park and Ride Lot. MA: $72.5 Million (ARRA Grant) Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority: $54.1 million for operating assistance and state of good repair improvements to MBTA s Rapid Transit Network; $13.9 million to fund improvements to Ashmont Station, and $90,000 to purchase an enhanced security camera system. Massachusetts DOT: $1.6 million to fund rural operating assistance, procurement of two 45-foot intercity coaches, one 25-foot hybrid bus, and equipment. Greater Attleboro-Taunton Regional Transit Authority: $199,947 for repair and replacement of ornamental fencing at the Attleboro Commuter Rail Station. Southeastern Regional Transit Authority: $2.6 million for operating assistance and procurement of eight buses. MD: $26.3 Million (ARRA Grant) The Maryland Transit Administration is receiving the following grants: $17.1 million for bus loop pavement reconstruction at MTA s Mondawmin Transit Center; heating and ventilation upgrades; light rail yard switches upgrades and replacement/overhaul of 24 rail substation circuit breakers. $4.3 million for facility renovations, preventative maintenance, shop equipment and parking lot construction. $2.9 million to the Baltimore urbanized area for MARC Public Address

MI: $34.6 Million (ARRA Grant) City of Detroit Department of Transportation: $18.9 million to purchase foot low-floor diesel replacement buses; four 40-foot low-floor hybrid electric replacement buses and operating assistance; Michigan Department of Transportation: $12.4 million to purchase 12 buses; facility renovations; miscellaneous support equipment, and operating assistance; Michigan Department of Transportation: $524,072 for three vans; facility improvements; bus shelters and miscellaneous equipment. Michigan Department of Transportation: $167,820 to modify buses with minihybrid components. MN: $2.5 Million (ARRA Grant) The Minnesota Department of Transportation is receiving the following grants: $1.4 million to purchase 22 buses. $510,000 for transit hub and park-and-ride lot (Red Wing). $600,000 for web base routing; automatic vehicle locators and hardware. MO: $7.8 Million (ARRA Grant) Missouri Department of Transportation: $4.9 million for construction of two facilities and purchase of two intercity vehicles; Kansas City Area Transportation Authority: $1.8 million for preventative maintenance; shelters and operating assistance; Kansas City Area Transportation Authority City of Lee Summit: $1.1 million for commuter lot improvements.

NC: $11.5 Million (ARRA Grant) The North Carolina Department of Transportation: $8 million for 172 vehicles, facilities, shelters, preventive maintenance and mobility management equipment Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation: $2.6 million for park-andride lots and the purchase of five buses. City of Fayetteville: $31,290 for ADA accessible sidewalks. City of High Point: $397,579 for operating assistance and miscellaneous communication equipment. City of Greeneville: $99,000 for surveillance equipment; Western Piedmont Regional Transit Authority: $138,568 for operating assistance; Goldsboro/Wayne Transportation Authority: $90,000 for operating assistance; Cape Fear Public Transportation Authority: $138,568 for operating assistance. NE: $4.6 Million (ARRA Grant) The Nebraska Department of Roads will use the funds for construction of six maintenance and administrative facilities. NH: $782,590 (ARRA Grant) The New Hampshire Department of Transportation: $502,769 for operating assistance and equipment. Manchester Transit Authority: $92,282 for operating assistance and 24 Bus Bicycle Racks. Greater Derry-Salem Cooperative Alliance for Regional Transportation: $14,975 for operating assistance. Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation: $67,282 for operating assistance. University of New Hampshire: $38,000 for dispatch/fleet communications system, new upgraded radios, and miscellaneous support equipment. City of Nashua: $67,282 for operating assistance. NJ: $52.4 Million (ARRA Grant) The New Jersey Transit Corporation will use the funds to purchase

9 foot buses; track renovations; intermodal terminals; signal systems and miscellaneous support equipment. NV: $2.1 Million (ARRA Grant) The Nevada Department of Transportation will use the funds to purchase three buses, and miscellaneous support equipment. NY: $25.7 Million (ARRA Grant) New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority: $5.7 million to purchase 14 CNG buses for Long Island. New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority: $4.4 for rail repair and rehabilitation work at five stations. Chemung County Transit System: $460,000 to purchase a bus and scheduling software. New York State DOT: $3.2 million to purchase 21 buses; additional funds for intercity replacement buses; bus passenger shelters; miscellaneous. Orange County: $1.7 million will be used for operating assistance. City of Poughkeepsie: $1.4 million will use the funds toward design/engineer work for transit hub project; miscellaneous communication equipment; miscellaneous electric/power equipment; mobile fare collection equipment; preventative maintenance and operating assistance. Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority: $6.4 million to purchase eight 40-foot low-floor heavy-duty diesel transit buses; renovatiom and rehabilitation of the RTS Campus Facility. Tompkins County: $2.2 million to purchase six buses, surveillance and sec. equipment.. The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority: $168,550 for the purchase and installation of 21 bus passenger shelters. OH: $24.6 Million (ARRA Grant) Ohio Department of Transportation: $9.2 million for transit facilities. Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority: $9.3 million for operating assistance and track rehabilitation in the Cleveland Metropolitan Area. Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority: $1 million for station rehabilitation and track upgrades in Cleveland. Central Ohio Transit Authority: $926,678 for Paratransit/Small Bus Facility construction. City of Middletown: $280,988 for operating assistance, ADA service, and shelters. Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority: $316,820 for renovation of a Transit Maintenance and Storage Facility in Kent. Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority: $2.2 million for buses, operating expenses, a tire changer, preventative maintenance, and the Rockefeller Bridge demolition; The Lorain County Transit Board: $11,532 for operating assistance. OK: $4 Million (ARRA Grant) Metropolitan Tulsa Transit Authority: $4 million to purchase 12 buses; rehabilitate administrative/maintenance facility; and ADA paratransit service. City of Lawton: $17,501 to purchase a van. OR: $44 million (ARRA Grant) Oregon Department of Transportation: $38.4 million will use to purchase two high-speed passenger rail station sets for use in commuter rail service. Salem Area Mass Transit District: $1.3 million will use the funds for operating expenses and transit centers Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon: $4.3 million to construct the Willow Creek pocket track light rail line; replace underground storage tanks; install wayside horns on commuter rail line; and install replacement bicycle locker units. Lane Transit District: $64,678 to fund 500 bus stop signs and poles along bus routes. PA: $18.6 Million (ARRA Grant) Southeast Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA): $12.5 for the renovation of Malvern Station. The York County Transportation Authority: $2.4 million for administrative and maintenance facility property acquisition. Cumberland-Dauphin-Harrisburg Transit Authority: $2 million to purchase four buses and bus shelters. Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority: $1.7 million for preventive maintenance and security equipment. Regional Transportation Authority: $1.9 million to construct the Martha Station and for operating assistance. The Metropolitan Transit Authority: $2.6 million for facility rehabilitation. TX: $10.4 Million (ARRA Grant) Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Austin): $7.5 million will be used for seven buses; operating assistance and pedestrian access walkways. The VIA Metropolitan Transit Authority (San Antonio): $1 million for a bus and a park-and-ride lot. City of Port Arthur: $1.2 million to construct a bus support facility. City of Tyler: $776,031 will be used for bus; shelters; bus parking renovations, and to improve the Tyler Transit Depot. UT: $1.1 Million (ARRA Grant) The Utah Department of Transportation will use the funds for intercity bus service. VA: $12.7 Million (ARRA Grant) Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation: $5 million to purchase 43 vans, 10 buses, one trolley bus, and miscellaneous equipment for rural areas. Greater Roanoke Transit Company: $1 million for operating assistance and miscellaneous capital projects. City of Charlottesville: $3.7 million to purchase four. hybrid buses; operating assistance; shelters; amenities; and miscellaneous equipment. Transportation District - Hampton Roads: $1 million for preventive maintenance. City of Harrisonburg: $142,563 for operating assistance; and security and shop equipment. Williamsburg Area Transit Authority: $350,000 for Automatic Vehicle Locator. City of Fredericksburg: $118,532 for operating assistance. City of Danville: $699,042 for operating assistance; facility rehabilitation and miscellaneous equipment for Danville. City of Winchester: $150,000 to purchase new bus stop signs for fixedroute system and an automatic stop announcement system for fixed-route fleet. Town of Blacksburg: $171,748 for operating assistance for Blacksburg Transit.

13 Greater Lynchburg Transit Company: $349,901 will be used for operating assistance, benches, computer hardware & software, signs, bus and washing equipment. The City of Bristol: $106,260 to purchase a bus, radios, and equipment, and for operating assistance. WA: $3.2 Million (ARRA Grant) The Washington State Department of Transportation will use the funds for ferry vessel preservation activities. WI: $8.9 Million (ARRA Grant) Wisconsin Department of Transportation: $8.8 million will be used to purchase 21 buses; 15 vans; 13 automobiles; passenger bus shelters, bus terminal, engineering/design of administrative/maintenance facility, and miscellaneous support equipment. Oshkosh Transit System: $29,877 will be used to fund the hybrid bus purchase program. WV: $4.4 Million (ARRA Grant) The West Virginia Department of Transportation will use the funds to purchase four. buses; seven vans; nine support vehicles; shop equipment; facility construction/improvements; and for operating assistance.
