The following items are clarifications, corrections, additions, deletions, and/or revisions to and shall take precedence over the original documents. Deletions are indicated by --- strikeout, answers are indicated in blue. I. DOCUMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PLAN UPDATES: The following documents have been added to the addendum in the order listed below and have been uploaded to DemandStar and the City website: 1. Updated Construction Plans The attached revised plans increases walkways by 225 SY for a new total of 2,775 SY CONCRETE WALKWAY (6" THICK) INCLUDING RAMPS AND DETECTABLE WARNINGS 2,775 2,550 SY 2. Bollard Lighting Product Description Sheet. II. RAI SUBMISSIONS & ITB DOCUMENT ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: 1. Is there a cost estimate/budget that has been established? The total cost of the project cannot exceed $200, When is work expected to begin? The city anticipates the start of the project to begin as soon as possible after a contract is awarded. The specifications identify a 90 day timeline and the city is anticipating a project completion by August However if this is not an achievable timeline please still submit a bid that would include an alternate timeline. 3. The method of, and source of, electric for the new light bollards, is not clear on the plans. Can you please clarify? The bollard lights are the PLB series which are solar powered. Please see Spec 715 which states: SOLAR POWERED LED LIGHTING BOLLARDS BOLLARD LIGHT COMPLETE (PLB 36") 14 EA Addendum No. 1 Page 1

2 4. The newly requested bollard lights for the "Kit Land Nelson Park Project" come in a variety of options.
