9 FLECH concept Technical requirement specification of first DSO service PowerCut Planned: Trading of this service comes naturally in two steps: A long-term reservation of capacity to ensure sufficient flexibility. A short-term activation scheme. PowerCut Planned WP4 Alias: A Capacity Reserve market where the DSO requested flexibility is reserved, and An Activation Reserve market where the activation part is handled. 10

13 November 2013 April 2013 October 2013 November 2013 FLECH concept Report structure These FLECH reports serve as basis for a coming IT requirement specification report. End goals: FLECH prototype implementation. Full scale PoC demonstration. 15

14 Final remarks The first FLECH DSO service etc. has been specified. A FLECH IT requirement specification report is the next goal. Second FLECH DSO service will be developed during spring FLECH demonstrations: o Demo of IT solution scheduled for February/Marts o Full scale demo of first FLECH DSO service ~December o Full scale demo of second FLECH DSO service ~December
