It provides the technical information needed to order, fabricate, and sell battery-operated motors. For additional information regarding any of the products in this document including motors, power sources, controls, interfaces etc., please reference where detailed instructions are available for download. Somfy offers an innovative and simple line of completely battery-powered WireFree motors. These motors install in minutes and provide a perfect solution for hard-to-reach window coverings and offer solutions in areas where access to wiring may be a challenge. This allows the ability to create the best living environment with optimal natural light levels at the press of a button without the need for an electrician. The WireFree motors are available with a variety of power and control options and easily integrate with home automation systems.
