4 DYNAMOS AUTOMATION FOR SLIDING GATES Irreversible electro-mechanical reduction gear with "easy-control" anti-crushing system. Vac and 24 Vdc SILENT AND PRECISE MECHANICS Reliability and safety are at the base of the mechanical components: produced with sturdy materials, they turn on large ball bearings that are attached to die-cast aluminium roller housings. The internal gear has involute teeth. This special construction allows maximum contact between the worm screw and the gear. The tooth wraps around the screw whereas in traditional construction the parts in contact add up to just a few millimetres. The result? Quiet movement, high performance, no wear. SMART ELECTRONICS The control unit is built-in and protected inside the reduction gear. It is easily programmable, and it ensures protection against crushing by reversing directions if there is an obstacle thanks to the "easy-control" innovative technology. The gradual "soft start" and the deceleration at end of travel allow gentle, safe movement of the gate. The presence of an optional NO channel allows radio control of other systems (e.g. home lighting) with the third key of the transmitter. SAFE AND SIMPLE RELEASE The sturdy handle in die cast aluminium with personalized key allows manual opening of the gate and disables the electronic apparatus, preventing undesired movement. RELIABILITY OVER TIME 4 Kg of die cast aluminium, ABS plastic parts with anti-uva ray treatment and pure polyester painting make Dynamos a solid automation that can stand up to any sort of weather. OPERATES EVEN DURING A POWER OUTAGE The 24 V DC version can be equipped with tow backup batteries inserted in the automation device that ensure operation even if the power supply is disrupted. The charging card is built-in as standard on all the 24Vdc D400 and D500 control units.

EASY INSTALLATION Thanks to the extractable connector, installation and maintenance are quick and easy. The capacitor is built into the reduction gear, whereas the mobile limit switches allow quick adjustment of travel. SILENT AND RELIABLE MECHANICS The heart of Jet is the mechanical transmission, designed without cutting any corners to ensure the utmost reliability and to allow a range of use that's wider than the standard. All of the components turn on ball bearings which eliminate friction and noise. The use of steel and bronze ensures duration and reliability even in severe conditions. SAFE AND CONVENIENT RELEASE The manual-release handle is made of die cast aluminium with personalized key and ABS lock cover. It is located on the upper part of the reduction gear to allow immediate, practical use with minimum effort.

Vac SIMPLE AND RELIABLE Linear is the electromechanical operator for swinging gates with a maximum dimension of 2.5 metres and 300 Kg. It is mechanically reliable thanks to the telescopic piston transmission and the motor with 140 C thermal protection. CONVENIENT INSTALLATION With Linear, installation times are reduced to a minimum. In fact, the operator is supplied with fastening brackets, front and read, to be screwed on. The 1.5 m pre-wired cable makes the electrical connection easy. INEXPENSIVE SOLUTION Even though maintaining a high quality standard, Linear offers the most inexpensive solution for automating swinging gates. Also available in a kit complete with control and signalling accessories. CONVENIENT RELEASE This manual operation in case of a power failure is simple and intuitive with the release handle to be connected on the top part of the operator. INNOVATIVE MANUAL RELEASE SYSTEM The innovative manual release system has been projected for working both with the cord linked to the carriage and with the door-handle. It allows to close and open the door without the automatic re-hook of the carriage. With this system, during a black-out, the user can choose to close the door and then open it without any release operation or to close the door and holding it re-hooked till the next release operation from inside.

18 OPEN BARRIER AUTOMATION Irreversible electromechanical reduction gear for barriers with rod up to 4 metres, motor 24 Vdc HIGH PERFORMANCE The Open automatic barrier is an automation with 24V motor designed for intensive use. The power of the reduction gear and the stability of the structure ensure perfect management of high-intensity passages. The mechanical structure of Open is made in cataphoresis painted sheet metal; this special technology guarantees very high resistance to atmospheric agents allowing installation even in maritime zones. SIMPLE INSTALLATION Changing the opening direction of the rod is quick and easy by just moving the spring attachment point. The rod is balanced through the adjustable spring while the reduction gear with permanent lubrication is equipped with electric opening and closing limit switches. Manual opening occurs through the personalized lock located outside the structure. COMPLETE ELECTRONICS The control unit is separate from the mechanical part and located in the compartment above the barrier to make its installation more convenient. Quick and easy to program by means of the display, optical encoder and electromechanical limit switch, the OP24B control unit has a control system with deceleration at the end of travel and obstruction control compliant with EN regulations.
