3 Warranty End-user coverage : Residential 2 years / Commercial 1 year The complete limited warranty statement is included with this program and is valid only if the registration card has been completed and returned to Evergreen Turf Equipment within 30 days of purchase. The warranty applies only to non-engine components and functions. Replacement parts carry a 90 day warranty. The engine warranty coverage is provided by the respective manufacturer and is subject to their specific requirements and conditions. Service Dealers Dealers who will be performing warranty repairs must be registered with Gardner of Florida using the form included in this program. Technical information (parts manuals and service manual) will be made available upon request. Warranty Service / Claims All claims from registered Service Dealers must be submitted to Gardner of Florida within 15 days of repair completion. A standard OPE industry form can be used. Claim Reimbursements Approved claims will be credited via Gardner of Florida and reimbursement amounts will be issued as based on the approved posted shop labor rate ($85 maximum) or per state laws and the applicable current wholesale cost for parts. All warranty repairs exceeding 50% of the suggested retail price of the unit must have Gardner of Florida s prior approval. Adjustments to warranty claims must be brought to the attention of Gardner of Florida within 90 days from the credit date. After 90 days the claim will be considered closed
