2 PUMP RANGE M SECTION 4 MODEL ALL PAGE 1 FEATURES & BENEFITS FEATURE 1. Three basic pump sizes with a capacity range at nominal head from 0.75m³/h to 3.2m³/h. BENEFIT Performance appropriate to many light to medium industrial and marine applications. 2. Positive displacement. For operating pressures up to 3.45 bar (50 Ib/in²), maximum operating temperature 70ºC. 3. Robust construction. In contrast to many small capacity pumps, generous dimensions of essential components ensure reliable service and economic life. 4. Common format and simplicity of design. 5. A single rotor universal drive coupling combined with the well proven balanced resilient stator. Significant interchangeability of components reduced stocking levels in cases of multiple use. Compact design resulting in reduced overall length, improved weight/performance ratio, and minimal noise level. 6. Self-priming. Suction lifts depending on application to 8.5m without the aid of priming devices or troublesome foot valves. 7. Uniform discharge. Minimal pulsation and significant reduction of water hammer in pipework. 8. Single gland incorporating a simple yet effective mechanical seal. 9. High quality stainless steel rotating parts. 10. Balanced single stage stator moulded from high quality synthetic Nitrile rubber. Aeration and leakage of product minimised. Covers a range of fluids including those with mild corrosive and abrasive characteristics. For reliable economic life when handling water, low viscosity oils and other compatible fluids at low to medium temperature. 11. Versatility. Through the unique Mono progressive cavity pumping principle, fluids of varying viscosity with or without solids in suspension can be handled effectively.

3 PUMP RANGE M SECTION 4 MODEL ALL PAGE 2 VOLUME CURRENT DATE July 2007 SELECTION PROCEDURE This range of pumps is intended for domestic and light industrial use on water, low viscosity oils and other compatible fluids. They are single speed(synchronous motor speed) motorised pumps. The liquid should be non-abrasive. Maximum operating temperature 70 C. Maximum operating pressure 3.45 bar. Liquid viscosity should be less than 50cSt. The pumps are supplied as standard with nitrile stators, other materials are available as special options. The pre-selection charts on Section M-1enable the initial pump selection to be made. The performance data on Section 5 pages 1,2,3 enable power consumption, flow rate and NPSH required to be determined.
