2 BRIEF OF PROFILE OF SEW History In 1973 Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Shay established the Standard Electric Works Co., Ltd. (SEW) in Pan Chiao, Taipei Hsien, Taiwan to manufacture and market various test and measurement instruments worldwide. Our manufacturing department is composed of dependable, highly skilled individuals.
