4 METALON M Crankcases and Mechanical Equipment METALON M contains powerful solvents and detergents to rid the lubrication system of sludge and carbon deposits in filtered lubricating systems. It is applied at a 5% ratio (min.); 100 ml for every two litres of lubricants (8 oz. to 5 U.S. quarts). TYPICAL USES Crankcases, Mechanical Gear Boxes, Differentials, Transfer Boxes, Sliding Mechanisms, Cutting, Threading and Machining Oils, Bearings, Filtered Compressor Pumps, Bushings and much more. Packaging: 12 x 250 ml, 12x1L, 4L, 4x4L, 20L, 205L (Some applications may require a higher ratio of METALON M to realize optimum benefits, which is dictated by experience.)

5 METALON C2 A Universal Formula METALON C2 can replace METALON M wherever there is no need for solvents or detergents in the lubrication system. When used in non-filtered lube systems, METALON C2 will not disturb old sludge and contamination that may exist. This factor makes it suitable for oil injected systems and hydraulic systems that do not require a Zinc component in the fluid. METALON C2 will substantially improve the performance of AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS. It is compatible with GM DEXRON III and FORD TYPE fluids used in most transmissions and some hydraulic systems. METALON C2 helps to reduce extreme transmission temperatures; the enemy of tranny fluids. Excessive heat accelerates fluid decomposition. METALON C2 does not adversely affect the "design friction" required in the fibre-metal clutch driving mechanisms or tranny seals. METALON C2 is effective in semi-automatic transmissions and transaxle drives common in many front wheel drive vehicles. O METALON C2 can reduce hydraulic operating temperatures by as much as 70 F. This heat reduction will help prevent premature fluid degradation and help to preserve the integrity of the hydraulic seals, hoses and couplings. TYPICAL USES METALON C2, a non-solvent, multi-purpose formula, can be blended with gas-oil mixtures for Two-Stroke Power Sources, such as: Chain Saws, Ground Keeping & Golf Course Maintenance Equipment, Logging Machinery, Outboard Motors, Snow Machines, Jet Skis, Model Aircraft Engines, and the like. METALON C2 blends with oils and fluids for Hydraulic Systems, Hydraulic Cranes, Self-Loaders, Hydraulic Power Generators, Compressors, Metal Machining and Forming, etc. METALON C2 is applied at a ratio of 5% to the system fluid. For Automatic Transmissions, follow the directions found in the vehicle owner's manual. For gas-oil mixtures, blend initially at a ratio of 1 ounce of METALON C2 per blended gallon for the first gallon burned. Thereafter, reduce to 1/2 ounce per gallon. 9 MEGASEL Diesel Fuel System Treatment MEGASEL DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM TREATMENT, now with METALON, is a New and Improved hydrocarbon complex that is used to maintain distillate fuel in a sludge-free stabilized condition. MEGASEL arrests many of the problems related to storage, transportation and combustion of fuels used in diesel turbines, fuel-oil burning boilers, steam generators and internal combustion engines. Diesel fuel stability is adversely affected by the widespread practice of blending fuels from different sources. Fuel degradation is accelerated causing sludge and bacteria formation and reduced combustibility. Sticking fuel injectors, contaminated fuel lines, filters and pumps waste costly fuel, reduce operating efficiency and increase maintenance costs. The problems of corrosion, rust, acid formation and water damage are also prevalent in diesel fuel systems. MEGASEL DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM TREATMENT incorporates the quality multi-functional components required to efficiently arrest the inherent problems noted above. In addition, METALON bonds, chemically with the metal component molecules, forming a microscopic, monomolecular frictionreducing, wear resistant shield that will not drain off. The burnishing action of METALON produces a more precise metal-to-metal fit that increases component life.
