4 Mobile Tank Cleaning System MTC-350 The MTC is a three stage Mobile Tank Cleaning System to recondition, stabilize and decontaminate fuels and oil. It efficiently removes water, sludge and sediments that naturally accumulate in tanks. The MTC cleans tanks and restores fuels and oil to their Clear & Bright condition.
