3 Technology from the great experience of Trafimet For over 40 years, Trafimet has taken the innovation and technological quality of its products all over the world. The fruit of this great experience is RobotiZ, a line of torches that can be installed on multipurpose anthropomorphic robots dedicated to welding. Thanks to the high-quality materials, with extremely care and precision in the assembly, RobotiZ torches are particularly sturdy and able to guarantee extreme accuracy for TCP. Thousands of hours of tests carried out inhouse and on the field, with our partners, have confirmed the ability to withstand heavy work conditions typical of extreme automation. RobotiZ torches are available in a range of models from 200A to 500A, with air or liquid cooling systems.

6 A PATENTED COOLING SYSTEM FOR THE ZG300 For the ZG300, the top air torch model, an efficacious aircooling system for the nozzle has been patented: thanks to the particular conformation of the ducts inside the nozzle, a laminar distribution of the gas is obtained which is able to cool the nozzle better, guarantee excellent welding quality and prolong the life of the consumables. LAMINAR FLOW AIR COOLING SYSTEM THE DUAL COOLING CIRCUIT OF THE ZW500 The ZW500 torch has been designed to obtain maximum cooling of the torch body. An independent dual cooling circuit, an internal one for the tip and an external one for the nozzle, allows the ZW500 to be used with high ampere values and sustained work cycles without overheating. In the ZW500 the capacity for heat dispersion is also favoured by the system for conveying the protective gas, which travels in separate and independent ducts in the torch body. WATER COOLING SYSTEM Thanks to the particular conformation of the ducts inside the nozzle, a laminar distribution of the gas is obtained which is able to cool the nozzle better, guarantee excellent welding quality and prolong the life of the consumables. LAMINAR FLOW ANTISHOCK SYSTEM The RobotiZ device detects the collision with the activation of a switch and blocks the robot. It comes standard with a kit of 3 sets of springs with a different hardness, so that you can choose the most suitable sensitivity of the device according to the type of application. The current design of RobotiZ meet the criteria of TCP accuracy of ± 0,1 mm 0,001 sec SPECIFIC AND ORIGINAL TRAFIMET SPARE PARTS All spare parts for RobotiZ torches are made and marked in the Trafimet Italy works. They are made exclusively for RobotiZ with top quality materials to ensure long life and continuous service, and to offer the highest functional performances. All the consumable are laser marked with the part number. 6

14 Accessories TORCH CLEANING UNIT The torch cleaning unit works in three phases: cutting the wire, milling the torch body, spraying non-stick liquid. The torch cleaning is managed by the control of the robot. TRAFIMET TCP TOOL A precision instrument for controlling the torch and regulating TCP, which allows it to be returned to its initial conditions in the case of an accidental collision. 14
