5 Pacific LED Limited Warranty McWong International Inc. provides the following limited warranty for the periods shown below. This limited warranty covers Pacific brand LED drivers, and power supplies units. McWong warrants each LED driver and/or power supply unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and to operate from the date of installation for the time-period and subject to the Terms and Conditions specified below. Warranty is based on typical 8,000 hr/yr operation on a continuous usage cycle under maximum Case Temperature (Tc) indicated on each product unit; other operating and environmental conditions may affect warranty period. TERMS ND CONDITIONS This warranty only applies when Pacific LED driver, power supply or lamp, with optional control interface, is properly wired and installed, operated on a suitable LED module and/or LED fixture in accordance with the parameters specified within the electrical values shown on the product labels; used in lighting equipment designed and approved for the application and in environmental conditions (humidity, ambient and/or case temperatures) within the normal specified operating range of the system. This warranty does not apply to any abnormal use or use in violation of any applicable standard, code or instructions for use/installation including those contained in the latest National Electrical Code (NEC), the Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. (UL), and Standards for the merican National Standards Institute (NSI) or, in Canada, the Canadian Standards ssociation (CS). WRRNTY CTIVTION / SERVICE CLIMS Warranty claims can be serviced by calling McWong Customer Service Center and requesting RM # for warranty review. If you are unsure whether a situation exists that is covered by this warranty, please contact McWong Customer Service Center for assistance. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT fter getting the RM #, the purchaser/user shall promptly return the product after receiving instructions regarding if, when and where to ship the product. The shipping package should be clearly marked with the assigned RM #. Failure to follow this procedure shall void this warranty. LIMITTION OF LIBILITY THE FOREGOING SHLL CONSTITUTE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHSER ND THE SOLE LIBILITY OF MCWONG FOR PCIFIC LED DRIVERS, POWER SUPPLIES OR LMPS. NO WRRNTY OF MERCHNTBILITY OR FITNESS FOR PRTICULR PURPOSE IS MDE OR IS TO BE IMPLIED.
