Products where the purchase date is undeterminable. 4. A decrease in maximum battery capacity. The maximum capacity of any battery, including the one built into the RG1000, will decrease with time or use, and battery cycle life will vary depending on use, temperature and charge cycles. The battery is only warranted against defects in materials or workmanship resulting in failure of the battery to operate for the duration of the Limited Warranty Period.
