2 Overview Construction Systems Sulzer 2-Component Construction 2 The Mixpac J-System offers a comprehensive range of side-by-side cartridges for 2-component applications in construction. Cartridges are available in volumes ranging from 350mL up to 1500mL and in ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and 10:1. The 350mL and 450mL cartridges are available in PA and PP material. In addition, the J-System cartridges can be combined with a wide range of Quadro mixers. The Mixpac Q-System cartridges are coaxial cartridges available in volumes of 150mL, 310mL and 380mL in a ratio of 10:1. Coaxial cartridges are used especially for chemical anchoring/dowelling. The 150mL cartridge can be ordered in PA and PP material and all cartridges are available with our patented valve pistons. Due to the standardized threaded outlet interface, the Q-System cartridges are compatible with a wide range of mixers. MIXPAC TM Q-System MIXPAC TM J-System MIXPAC TM Peeler-System The Mixpac Peeler-System is the perfect solution if a 1-component dispenser needs to be used in combination with a 2-componet coaxial cartridge. For this reason, the Peeler- System is ideal for a wide range of construction applications, especially chemical anchoring and structural adhesives. Peeler cartridges are available in volumes of 160mL, 265mL and 280mL in a ratio of 1:1, 2:1 and 10:1.
