5 Plats with combustio egie systems (CHP) or gas turbie systems: If combustio egie systems (CHP) or gas turbie systems with a total burer output 1 MW are istalled at a plat locatio, the etire plat comes uder the 4th Germa Ordiace for the Implemetatio of the Federal Immissio Cotrol Act (BlmSchV). With a total firig performace < 1 MW, the authorisatio requiremets must be determied accordig to the 4th Ordiace for the Implemetatio of the Federal Immissio Cotrol Act usig the followig additio rule (authorisatio grated if I ges > 1): I total = combustio capacity_boiler combustio capacity_chp + Threshold acc. _to_4. BImSchV 1000 kw Importat ote: If the geeral emissios level where the boiler system is to be set up is already very high, the evirometal protectio authorities ca establish lower limit values tha specified i the BlmSchV ad demad that they be upheld. It is urgetly recommeded that you cotact the resposible authorities already durig the plaig stage! For systems requirig approval accordig to the 4th Ordiace for the Implemetatio of the Federal Immissio Cotrol Act, the Gesetz über die Umwelt Verträglichkeitsprüfug (UVPG Law o evirometal impact assessmet) must be observed.
