2 Excel Excel Powder Spray Booth With plug-and-spray technology, low profile modular booth base, and optional PolyPlus canopy material, this innovative design provides large system features and benefits in a compact package that is easy to install, easy to operate, and easy to color change. The Excel Powder Spray Booth is available in 8, FM,,8 FM, and 5, FM versions in various modular and flexible system configurations. ompact, Modular and Durable Design The compact design of the Excel Powder Spray Booth s color module provides for shorter overall booth lengths and smaller overall footprint. The modular design of the shorter more compact booth base allows for flexible location of both automatic and manual gun stations. The robust reinforced low overall height of the booth base allows for easy access during powder spray application and color change and is available with galvanized floor standard, or optional stainless steel floor. The optional PolyPlus wall panels provide enhanced light within the spray booth and low attraction of powder to the booth wall surface, allowing for fast, easy, and quick color change. The modular design of the shorter more compact booth base allows for flexible location of both automatic and manual gun stations. Powder Resistant, Easy to olor hange Booth anopy The durable yet functional canopy design features a clear copolymer roof for ample light during powder spray application and comes standard with heavy gage sturdy galvanized wall panels or optional PolyPlus wall panels. The optional PolyPlus wall panels provide enhanced light within the spray booth and low attraction of powder to the booth wall surface, allowing for fast, easy, and quick color changes. Booth walls are also available in optional stainless steel and feature the same sturdy design and construction as the standard galvanized steel wall panels. Each canopy material features a standard ft. vestibule on both the exit and entrance end part openings for ample containment of powder within the booth. Also available as an option are ft. and 4 ft. vestibules as well as vestibule flares.

The booth base lengths include 6'-", '-", or 5'-" bases as standard. The configurations include 6'-" long all manual only or automatic only Lean ell systems, as well as '-" long systems that include virtually any combination of manual and automatic stations, and finally 5'-" long systems that can be configured with automatic and manual stations, or all manual stations only if required. The modular approach of the Excel Powder Spray Booth provides standard locations for all gun and system controls such that all controls are within quick reach for ease of operation and in pre-cabled locations for quick and easy installation. Plug-and-Spray Technology for Fast and Easy Installation The Excel Powder Spray Booth features plugand-spray technology that allows for fast and easy installation of all electrical connections. The durable and flexible molded cable and plug design means that there are no wires to terminate and no electrical connections to troubleshoot. All electrical devices come pre-wired for fast and easy connection which means the Excel Powder Spray Booth is ready to spray quickly and easily. The Excel Powder Spray Booth features plugand-spray technology that allows for fast and easy installation of all electrical components. ompact and Flexible olor Module Design The compact and flexible color module design allows for a space saving, more compact footprint and easy to configure powder delivery with module delivery as standard and hopper delivery as optional. The module comes complete with easy to operate ratchet straps, and pneumatic tubing quick disconnect plates for quick removal of the color module during color change. The color module comes standard with heavy duty cellulose filters or is available with optional PowderGrid cartridge filters. The compact and flexible color module design allows for a space saving, more compact footprint and easy to configure powder delivery options.
