5 LUBEMASTER OS1200 Transformer Unit The Powermaster 1200 Transformer Oil Filtration Unit is a top of the line model designed to service insulating oil in large transformers and 1000Lt Holding Tank 2 x OS600 Centrifuges (8400 LPH Flow) 3 stage 60kW Heater Electronic Flow selection Size Range: LPH Delivery & Suction Hoses Spare O-ring set Approximate Dimensions: Approximate Weight : Inline Fullers Earth attachment Trailer Mounted for ease of operation This model is capable of restoring large volumes of the most highly contaminated transformer oil making it suitable for power stations and substations. The trailer mounted option allows for backing the unit up to the transformer for easy connection to the system. It s large vacuum chamber coupled with the 60kW heater make it extremely effective at water removal as well as degassing the oil. The dual centrifuges which have a variable flow rate to 8400 litres per hour, remove particle contamination, including varnishes and cellulose to submicron levels. Oxidation is removed from the oil with the optional Fullers Earth which is wired into the circuit for a final filter. The Fullers Earth reduces acid levels and readily restores dielectric strength to levels in the vicinity of 75kVA.
