1 SF 6 Gas Reclaimers The DILO L-Series gas reclaimers are the culmination of decades of SF6 specific R&D and provide the most cutting-edge technology on the market today in safety and performance. Using high-speed multi-stage oil-less compressors, a PLC based operating system, and minimal plumbing throughout, these service carts will dramatically reduce flow restriction and increase throughput. These L-Series carts are full featured and can perform all functions necessary to reclaim and clean SF6 gas to near new condition. This includes: Removal and Storage of SF6 to achieve >99.99% gas recovery. Cleansing of SF6 during the recovery and filling functions Evacuate a gas compartment to remove ambient air and moisture after breaker entry Refilling of all reclaimed SF6 from the storage vessel or with gas from an external cylinder Additionally, the L-Series operation has been designed with total ease-of-use in mind. These units offer a single do-all port, along with proprietary set-and-forget software that allows even the least experienced individual to operate these carts without issue. When combined with other on-board equipment, such as an integrated scale (included with any cylinder storage rack) and various operational connections, it becomes clear that DILO has continued its efforts to provide the most versatile and efficient service carts available. DILO is proud to introduce an annual onsite maintenance program for all of our large recovery systems (ex: Economy, Performance, & Mega Series). A trained technician will thoroughly examine your machine which includes the following: complete inspection of the plumbing and electrical systems, performance/functional testing, replace all filters, & change the vacuum pump oil. With this program owners can look forward to years of trouble free service and unwanted downtime. Additionally, hands-on training can be provided to the operators ensuring the equipment is used properly and to its fullest potential.
