Our hardware system can be operated very conveniently and enables the integration of electronic control and security elements. Because of its unique matt-silver aesthetics and its convincing installation advantages, Roto NT is the optimal solution for fabricators and planning engineers. 4 BASIC-SECURITY WITHOUT A PREMIUM Systematically integrated security. Nearly every two minutes there is a break-in somewhere in Germany. As you know, windows and balcony doors are the preferred route into these houses and apartments. With Roto NT we placed special emphasis on high security in the standard version. There is a mushroom cam on the bottom horizontal sash-plane, which engages into the corresponding horizontal Tilt&Turn striker. In this way you can give your customers the calming feeling of having protected their belongings, as well as convincing quality and a lot of ease of operation. The testing method has been changed weak-point analysis on the first window and testing of the second window, and the sets of tools have also been redefined. NT Roto passes the tests with flying colours for burglary-resistance grade 1 and 2 (WK1 and WK2), and even for burglaryresistance grade 3 (WK3). 14 THE PATENTED CONNECTION-CLIP: FAST, SIMPLE AND MORE PROFITABLE Fixing-screws are out. Regardless of which automation level you operate, due to the innovative clip-fit technology from Roto NT, the installation time can be reduced considerably and personnel application can also be reduced. One advantage for example is already the separation of the hardware insertion table and manual screw station. You are faster without the top-mounted link-piece. The new clip technology makes the form-fitting and strong interlocking connection of the hardware components very simple: clip in, screw in, finished there is no faster or more accurate method. Simple adjustment possibilities, smooth operation via the cam-collar supported guidance, integrated turn restriction, anti-slam device and tilt-depth regulator. The lifting mishandling device accessory guarantees a precise run-up block function and prevents the sash sagging on the handle side. At the same time a mishandling of the window is ruled out. The new night-vent ensures regular air exchange and is also very easy to retrofit. A special bullet catch is available for balcony doors. And of course on Roto NT, innovative electronics can easily be retrofitted to the hardware for burglar alarm, thermostat and ventilation control.

The stay area By turning the tilt-depth regulating device on the stay-arm, the tilt-range can be changed from 80 mm to 140 mm. An integrated anti-slam device holds the sash in the tilted position. The lifting mishandling device The sash lifter enables the sash to always close over at the same level and prevents the sash from sagging on the handle side; the integrated mishandling-device prevents any unintentional incorrect manoeuvring of the window. The night-vent The newly designed Roto NT night-vent consists of only one frame component which can be retrofitted at any time.
