The intricacy of the 56 taillight assemblies and the 57 headlight bezels show the true attention to detail that Danchuk takes in the production of all our parts. They are, simply put, jewelry. We copied every curve and contour to make six different molds for all the castings. Then we made numerous stamping dies for the bulb sockets, gas door parts and even the original style clip that safely holds the wiring in place. After all parts looked and fit together perfect, we sent them out to get the best quality chrome plating money can buy. 3 1957 Taillight Housing Assembly We ve done it again! Since Chevrolet manufactured these in 1957 these beautiful taillights have brilliantly lit up our classics rear ends and now we manufacture them ourselves. That s right, we made all new tooling 100% in the United States of America* for these show stopping pieces and we couldn t be happier with the results. They fit exactly like original and, do I dare say, look better. Not to blame Chevy, but we put hours of time into hand working each casting to be sure it is perfect before the chrome process even begins. Outside of Danchuk, reproductions this accurate are rare commodities. The 1957 lens is cast in glass, just like they were made by Chevrolet. Only here will you find this attention to detail.
