NOTE Due to the highly corrosive environment the RigMaster is exposed to, it is recommended that an anti-seize protection be applied to all hardware upon reassembly. It is also recommended that a corrosion inhibitor be used on electrical and mechanical components as a preventative measure.

Remove four plastic cover plugs from the right-hand enclosure panel. 3. Remove four 7/16 hex head screws, lock washers and flat washers that secure the right side panel to the frame and remove the panel. 4. Reassembly is the reverse of disassembly. Disconnect the electric condenser fan, and low coolant sensor from the wiring harness. 3. Disconnect the air filter inlet hose. 4. Drain engine coolant, and remove radiator hoses. 5. Remove the 7/16 hex head screws, lock washers and flat washers that secure the right louver cover to the left side panel and remove right louver cover. 6. Remove the four (4) 7/16 hex head screws, lock washers and flat washers that secure the left panel assembly to the frame and remove left side panel. 7. Reassembly is the reverse of disassembly. WARNING Only qualified personnel should service the RigMaster Air Conditioning system. Remove seven 7/16 hex head screws, lock washers and flat washers that secure the rear generator cover to the RigMaster. 2. Remove the generator cover. 3. Damage to these components and improper fastening hardware can cause excessive vibration and premature failure. Replace any worn parts as needed. 10 RigMaster Power Service and Repair Manual Document # S gure 4-8 S4.6 Engine Mount Plates Serpentine Drive System The serpentine belt system incorporates a fixed component design which reduces the stress on the compressor and generator. The serpentine front and rear mount plates changed design in the 2009 MTS models from the 2008 RMP/RMC models. 11 RigMaster Power Service and Repair Manual Document # S The 2008 RMP/RMC front mount plate was manufactured for the H10 serpentine compressor. That compressor is no longer used and was replaced by the Sanden serpentine compressor now used on 2009 MTS models. A kit is made to replace the 2008 H10 compressor and mount plate with the new Sanden compressor and mount plate. The rear mount plate was re-designed to improve water drainage and supersedes the 2008 rear plate design. NOTE Rear engine plate supports the generator and the front engine plate supports the air conditioning compressor. Both components are fixed in position on the mount plates.
