They are available in 4 different versions: painted with grey epoxy powder (RAL 7021); stainless steel; textured stainless steel and aluminum. 12 TIPPING VALVE MOUNTING KIT C/W SWIVEL JOINTS UNIVERSAL BRACKET TB959 The zinc coated universal bracket is completed with either a side sliding support (CL968) or a frontal sliding support (CL977) especially designed to accommodate the tipping valve MODULTRUCK 250 MT250 or relief valve VM250. The oblong holes available on the bracket allow the side positioning of the sliding supports. On the contrary the sliding supports allow the vertical positioning of the tipping valve MT250 or VM250. If needed, it is also possible to add a third or fourth pipe by using the additional pipe bracket available with the following dimensions: G 1/2-3/ /4. Furthermore it is also possible to hold the hoses in front of the fi fth wheel directly on the bracket TB959 by using the specifi c support. Thanks to its innovative design the new TB959 bracket offers a very easy and quick fi tting to the chassis: just place it into the desired position and tighten the locking screws.. Code: MOUNTING KIT FOR MODULAR 250 TIPPING VALVE ONTO FIFTH WHEEL WITH 1 SWIVEL JOINT G1 This assembly has been specially developed for tractor trucks with 1-hose hydraulic system with MODULAR 250 tipping valve fi tted in front of fifth wheel anchored to the mounting foot of the same. The assembly is composed of mounting brackets the allow to change the mounting height with regards to the fifth wheel surface according to the requirements. The kit is completed with 1 swivel joint G1 and related 450mm extensions to facilitate the hose rotation while the truck is on the move without any interference with the chassis. Swivel joints can be placed in 3 different positions and it is also possible to add and extra one into central position. The main bracket and accessories are cold zinc treated. It is provided with 1 revolving joint of G 1 or G 3/4, steel extensions pipes, plates, nuts and bolts for mounting. The joints can be positioned on 5 different mounting positions and other ones can be ordered separately and added. All components are made of cold-galvanized steel. Code: UNIVERSAL OIL TANK MOUNTING KIT FOR DAF XF/CF Brackets and spacer kits especially designed to facilitate the mounting of side oil tanks on DAF trucks. Code: SPACERS MOUNTING KIT FOR SIDE TANKS Spacer kits created to make side tanks mounting on truck tractors easier, they have a universal drilling suitable for hole pattern on all European vehicles. The flat version is 8mm high and is useful to compensate the thickness of fi xing angles on thrust ring. The bent version is useful to bring into alignment the support brackets on tank when they are mounted on the front part of chassis. The version with 2,5 angle is specifically created for Scania vehicles while the version with 4,5 is suitable for all other brands.
