Stopping EMERGENCYSTOP ARRET D'URGENCE 0 In all cases the unit can be completely shut down manually by the emergency switch inside the frame of the condenser unit. The emergency switch has to be reinitiated to allow the unit to restart. Press the key Before welding on the chassis make sure to have disconnected battery VDC power supply and alternator. Never start the unit with a booster as it could damage electronic components. Notes: for a short stop, switch off the ignition key of the vehicle. Display brightness Beware of voltage Make sure unit is shutdown. Standby mode operation. FOR YOUR SAFETY : Never operate the Cab command while driving. Two display brightness are available. Press 5 seconds the + or key to adjust the brightness to your convenience. 0

3 READ KEYPAD Unit Data Unit Data can be accessed by following the herebelow key sequence Press SET for 5 seconds to access malfunction codes list Press or + key to display malfunction codes Press SET displays software version Press + key displays cab command software version Press SET displays road hourmeter (Road light is illuminated) Press SET displays standby hourmeter (Standby light is illuminated Press Defrost key displays defrost interval calculated by the microprocessor Press Defrost key displays elapsed time since the last defrost Press SET key returns to box temperature display The cab command simplifies all control operations. From his seat, the driver can carry out: Automatic startup in Road or Standby mode Temperature Setpoint Parameters change Alarms display Defrost Shutdown The driver can display the box temperature, and see whether the setpoint is being maintained by checking the green indicator. The indicator lights up red in the events of a malfunction Readout Standby operation Engine operation Manual defrost key Data decrease Modified data selection Data increase Unit shutdown Unit startup Unit operation display Green: off cycle Red: malfunction 9

5 READ RUN Alarm display Standby Mode Operation Press SET for 5 seconds Connect standby cable to unit Press or + key displays malfunction codes Press SET key again to return to box temperature display Note: the following messages are displayed without action on cab command and instead of temperature readout as soo as the malfunction is detected and remain displayed as long as the malfunction persists. The unit shuts down until the malfunction has disappeared or been corrected. Malfunction: evaporator temperature probe Battery low voltage alarm Twin power supply (Diesel and Standby) Programming mistake of the maximum setpoint by the user Setpoint lower than maximum setpoint but in the range 9 C / +0 C Press the key The box temperature is displayed The Standby mode light illuminates Note: Startup is timedelayed for 0 seconds SAFETY PRECAUTI Under no circumstance the standby mode should be operated while the unit running on. The unit must be shutdown before connecting or disconnecting the standby supply cable. 7

6 SET SELECT Temperature Setpoint Defrost Press the SET key Press the Defrost key Change setpoint to desired value DF is displayed Note: the Defrost mode terminates automatically Press the SET key to enter new value Note: when no key is activated within 5 seconds, display reverts to box temperature. Defrost Parameters change Shut down the unit Press Defrost key and key Previous selected defrost interval is displayed Press or + key to increase or decrease defrost interval 5 Press SET key to enter new value Modification of defrost interval 00 : inhibit defrost function. 0,5 to 0,9 : decrease time interval between automatic defrost cycles in relation to calculated time. AUT (coefficient ) : microprocessor optimized automatic defrost according to type of cargo transported (variable intervals)., to,5 : increase time interval between automatic defrost cycles in relation to calculated time. H, H,... 6 H : Fixed defrost interval in hours. WARNING : when settings are adjusted if no key is activated within 5 seconds, the system reverts to box temperature display. 5 6
