Stealth Noise Reduction Stealth reduces noise levels, increases driver comfort, and helps permit operation in noise-sensitive areas. 14 Truck System Options Direct Drive Systems Battery Box A separate battery, mounted to the front of the truck body, used exclusively by the reefer to ensure it starts if the truck battery is weak or dead. Fuel Tanks Isolates the reefer fuel supply from the truck to prevent the truck from running out of fuel. Aids off-road diesel fuel record-keeping. Supply-Air Probe Helps prevent freezing of very sensitive loads by allowing the unit to better regulate the supply air temperature. 18 Electronic Options Electronic Options Remote Light Bar DataLink2 Remote status lights that keep the driver alerted in case of an alarm condition. The driver is able to view the auto-dimming green/amber status LEDs in his or her mirror to understand if status changes from good to check reefer. Remote status lights are also visible from a distance for monitoring equipment in the yard. Remote Panels for Truck Units Independent data recorder used to verify cargo temperature maintenance. It includes an integrated strip printer for printing recorded data at time of delivery. Unit has the capability to record temperatures from independent sensors, and control system sensors. Also records additional control system data such as reefer on/off, setpoint, alarms, defrost and door open/closed. DataTrak Panels that allow an operator to turn the unit on/off, change setpoint, and monitor temperature from either inside at the rear of the box or outside away from the unit s main keypad/display. This option eliminates long trips to the front of trailer or climbing inside a truck cab to operate or monitor the unit. Unit is available in either flush or surface mount and supports up to 3 separate compartments. Keypad lockouts prevent mistakes or tampering. Door Switch Remote communications option that enables 1-way remote monitoring and 2-way reefer remote control when connected to approved thirdparty telematics devices. DataTrak provides data-points such as setpoint, return air temperature, alarm codes, engine hours, fuel level and mode of operation. In addition, DataTrak is the command center for remote control of the reefer such as setpoint change, initiate defrost, initiate pretrip test, clear alarms and change operating mode. Remote Temperature Probes Magnetic proximity switches that are used to detect door open/ closed conditions. Combined with Smart door switch logic, the unit can respond to door openings with alarm only, data recorder only, shutting either the main compartment or the unit down, changing to low speed operation, or ambient temperature-based actions. Door status also becomes available via telematics. Independent temperature sensors available in different lengths that monitor temperatures in specific locations within the refrigerated body. 19 Electronic Options Electronic Options Fuel Level & Shutdown Sensor Flushmount Remote Control Panel Enclosure This device is an ultrasonic sensor that facilitates fuel level measurements in percentage increments. Used for recording fuel usage in data recorder, monitoring fuel level on micro display, or via telematics. The device provides a low fuel warning and shutdown in low fuel situations, eliminating callouts to reprime the fuel system. (For 22 diameter fuel tanks only.) Flushmount Remote Panel for Trailer Units This metal enclosure is required when installing a flush mount remote control panel. It is positioned behind the flush mount panel within the trailer wall. It provides mounting support and fastens the flush mount panel to the structural members of the trailer. This enclosure can ship with the unit/panel or be ordered separately for earlier installation during trailer construction. Surface Remote Panel for Trailer Units Remote control panel with display and keypad that allows an operator to turn the unit on/off, change setpoint, and monitor temperature from inside at the rear of the trailer away from the unit s main display and keypad. This option eliminates long trips to the front of the trailer to operate or monitor the unit. Keypad lockouts prevent mistakes or tampering. This flush mount panel is recessed into the trailer wall and supports up to 3 separate compartments. Requires an flushmount remote control panel enclosure for proper installation. This device is available with 40 or 75 foot cable. Remote control panel with display and keypad that allows an operator to turn the unit on/off, change setpoint, and monitor temperature away from the unit s main keypad/display. This option provides a second (usually externally mounted) user interface to operate or monitor the unit. This surface mount panel can support up to 3 separate compartments and features keypad lockouts to prevent mistakes or tampering. This device is available with 40 or 75 foot cable. One (1) Remote Evaporator Supply Air Temperature Sensor 33 = Optional S = Standard = Option Not Available One supply air temperature sensor and mounting hardware set for 0 MT remote evaporators. This optional sensor provides remote evaporator supply air temperature readings on the display, and also for data recording, and telematics.
