4 the 7xxx Analyzers Required Tools 11/32 Nut driver #1 Phillips screw driver Flat Screw Driver Long nose pliers 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 4

5 Two Latches Latch is open 1) Open the case by releasing two front latches 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 5

6 Remove screws 2) Remove the sixteen screws that holds the front panel to the case; use #1 Phillips screw driver 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 6

7 the 7xxx Analyzers 3) Insert a flat screw driver between the case and the edge of the front panel and lift upwards 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 7

lid 5) Bring the front panel forwards about 2 inches and carefully lean

9 the 7xxx Analyzers Upper tab Unplug Battery cable J1 Battery cable is unplugged - J1 6) Unplug the battery cable J1 while applying pressure on the upper tab 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 9

10 the 7xxx Analyzers Two Connectors Press tabs inwards 7) Remove the WFG Board assembly by Unplugging all connectors that are attached to the WFG Board as circled in red, see above photo 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 10

11 the 7xxx Analyzers Remove screws as location is indicated in red 8) Remove six screws that are securing the board to bottom plate as circled in red 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 11

12 11/32 Nut driver Remove two nuts 9) Remove two nuts that is securing the battery bracket to bottom plate; use 11/32 Nut driver & long nose pliers to retrieve nuts 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 12

component and with one hand while sliding the WFG board assembly

13 Keep connectors away from WFG board Lift board up and slide towards you 10) Lift up removed connectors to keep way from getting hung on the WFG component and with one hand while sliding the WFG board assembly towards you with the second hand 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 13

14 Remove battery Battery is removed from battery assembly 11) Remove the battery assembly, and lift away the battery from the battery bracket 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 14

Replace battery P/N 10-100-1428 Install battery into battery assembly

bracket as shown above, make sure the battery cable in that location in

16 11/32 Battery cable should be on the right Remove two nuts 13) Re-install the battery bracket to bottom plate use long nose pliers to restart nuts, and to tighten nuts use 11/32 nut driver 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 16

17 the 7xxx Analyzers Plug Battery cable J1 here 14) Reconnect the battery cable J1 to the charger board J1 connector 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 17

18 Pin #1 Red Flat Ribbon Connector 15) Reconnect flat ribbon connectors to the WFG board 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 18

21 Transformer C is Under this board A A B C B 18) Connect the voltage transformers to WFG Board assy; Transformer A to HD701A, Transformer B to HD301B and transformer C to HD701C 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 21

23 20) Keep the current cable wedged between the CMUX Board and the case wall 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 23

24 220) Re-fold the front panel into the case and make sure that all cables are clear off the lid and the rim, gently push back to the inside of the case 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 24

25 Install screws 21) Re-install the sixteen screws that holds the front panel to the case; use #1 Phillips screw driver 2/26/2013 TEC P/N MI (Rev 2) 25

9S Meter 22) Check the unit by running load box test to phantom load test on a 3 voltage, 3 current meter such as 9S meter NOTE:- If the unit cannot run a successful phantom load
