SECTION II Operation PRINTER OPERATING SEQUENCE: CLOSER SEQUENCE: 1. When a bag top is presented into the drive belts, the continuously-running belts propel the bag top forward and gather it into the opening of the closure. A. POWER REQUIREMENTS: Electrical power needs should be determined when the machinery order is placed. Refer to Specifications, Section I. 2. As the bag film moves along the bag path, it swings the actuator lever to the side which opens the contacts of the magnetic sensor. 3. As the trailing edge of the bag clears the actuator lever, the lever spring-returns to the rest position and recloses the contacts of the magnetic sensor. 4. The solenoid module detects the reclosed contacts and sends an electrical pulse to the clutch solenoid to rotate the single-revolution clutch. 5. During the first half-revolution of the clutch, a cam on the clutch shaft rotates the breakoff lever to detach the closure from the closure strip and then returns the lever to the rest position. Figure 2.1 Closer mount knob 6. At the same time, an eccentric linkage slides the pick backward so it can engage the next closure in the closure track. The check restricts the closure strip so that the pick does not drag the strip backward in the closure track. 7. During the second half revolution of the clutch, the pick moves forward to advance the next closure to the proper position to receive the next bag top. 8. The bag closing sequence ends when the clutch stops. B. ADJUST CLOSER HEIGHT: Figure 2.1 Mount the 088 closer onto the closer stand and clamp the closer fairly high on the stand. Close a few packages until the desired package tightness is achieved. Set the height of the closer so the product being closed just clears the top of the mounting surface as the package feeds into the closer. Optional bag guides may be used when feeding product into the closer. 9. To manually cycle the closer without presenting a bag to the drive belts, the operator can depress and release the green manual push button. The separated closures, if present, must be removed by hand. 088A P 2.1

SECTION II Operation E. MOUNTING A ROLL OF CLOSURE-LABELS: Figure Release the front latch located at the center of the front reel plate and remove the label reel cassette from closer. 2. Release the two latches located on the back side of the cassette assembly and separate the cassette. C. CLOSURE GUIDE SHIM: Figure 2.2 and 2.8 Figure 2.2 The closure guide shim is required only when closures are being used. The shim must be removed when using closure-labels. The shim is held in the track by a spring clip and can be removed easily by hand. Failure to replace the shim when closures are used can result in closures being dislodged from the closure track. When the shim is removed from the closure track it can be stored on the back of the lower cover. 3. Remove and discard the closure-label core, and reload it with a new roll of closure-labels. (Closure-labels must always be mounted with the closure opening facing the oncoming product). 4. Replace the reel plate and press the two latches down to lock the cassette together. 5. Slide the full cassette onto the label reel axle and press the locking latch down to secure the cassette to the axle. D. MOUNTING A ROLL OF CLOSURES: Figure Grasp the reel knob located on the front reel side plate and pull the outside reel plate off the reel detent pin. 2. Mount a roll of closures on the reel hub bearing. (Closures must always be mounted with the closure opening facing the oncoming product). 3. Replace the reel side plate. Figure 2.3 P A 10 05

SECTION II Operation Figure 2.5 Figure 2.4 NOTE:It is recommended that a multiple number of reel cassettes be used for faster installation of closurelabels, or for storage of partially used rolls. F. FEEDING CLOSURES INTO THE CLOSURE TRACK: Figures Remove the tape from the roll of closures. 2. Insert the free end of the closure strip into the slot of the closure track. NOTE: THE CLOSURE OPENING MUST FACE THE ONCOMING PRODUCT. THE NRP SERIES CLOSURE STRIP MUST BE INSERTED AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 2.6 AND 2.7. NOTE THE BACK OF THE WEB OF THE END CLOSURE IS FREE TO EXIT PAST THE REMAINING CLOSURE STRIP. 3. Insert the closures into the track until the end of the strip contacts the lok pick. Make sure the lok check is in the slot between the closures, in the down (engaged) position. 4. Press and release the green manual cycle button to automatically advance the closures into a ready-to-close position. Continue to cycle until there is a closure in the closing position. WARNING: IT IS ADVISABLE TO MANUALLY INSERT A BAG TO BREAK OFF AND REMOVE CLOSURES FROM THE TRACK. WITHOUT A BAG TO TAKE AWAY THE CLOSURE(S), JAMMING CAN OCCUR DUE TO CLOSURES STACKING UP AT THE END OF THE LOK TRACK. 088A P 2.3

SECTION II Operation G. CHANGING FROM CLOSURES TO CLOSURE- LABELS: Figures 2.5, 2.6 and Rotate the breakoff lever by hand to break off the end closure. Flip the check so it is disengaged from the closure strip. 2. Push down on the black pick release knob and pull the closure strip out of the closure track. 3. Remove the closure guide shim and hang it on the back of the lower cover. (DO NOT DIS- CARD). 4. Hand feed closure-labels into the closure track until they contact the lok pick. Make sure the lok check is engaged. 5. Cycle the closer to feed the closure-labels into the ready-to-close position. Figure 2.6 Figure 2.7 P A 12 04

SECTION II Operation H. CHANGING FROM CLOSURE-LABELS TO CLOSURES: Figures 2.5, 2.6 and Rotate the breakoff lever by hand to break off the end closure. Flip the check so it disengages from the closure strip. 2. Push down on the black pick release knob and pull the closure strip out of the closure track. 3. Replace the closure guide shim. The shim will snap into position. 4. Feed closures into the track until they contact the lok pick. Make sure the check is engaged. 5. Cycle the closer to feed the closures into the ready-to-close position. I. PRESENTING THE BAG TO THE CLOSER: The condition of the closed package is dependent upon the manner in which the bag is fed into the closer. For best results observe the following: 1. Determine that the length of the bag is correct. Refer to the Bag Length Formula in the appendix. If the height of the product in the bag will very or if it is desirable to remove the wicket lip from the bag tops, consider using the optional bagneck trimmer. See Trimming the Bag Top below. 2. Determine how the bag will be presented to the closer at the proper height. Consider placing the package on a conveyor below the closer to Closure guide shim Figure 2.8 position the bottom of the package; or use the optional bag guides to postion the height of the top of the product. For wide bags, the guides may need to be spaced lower than the normal position. If the closure is placed too high on the bag, the package may appear loose or under filled. If the closure is placed too low on the bag, the bag may be marked, torn, or not closed completely or the product may be damaged by the closer. 3. Present the bag so the closer can grip the leading edge and gather the remainder of the bag top. Do not intentionally gather or twist the bag top. A few wrinkles will not be a problem. For wide bags it may be necessary to use both hands to spread the bag top. 4. Release the bag top as it enters the belts of the closer. Do not pull forward on the bag top. 088A P 2.5

SECTION II Operation J. TRIMMING THE BAG TOP: Figure 2.9 The optional bagneck trimmer may be used to remove excess material from the top of the bag as it is closed. Although it is not difficult, for best results the operator needs to develop some skill. Where there is a large turnover of operators, a supervisor should learn to operate the closer, determine when to replace the blade and train new operators. For the blade to cut properly, the operator must maintain a slight forward and upward tension on the top, leading edge of the bag until the top is removed. The motion should be slightly toward the back of the machine. The trailing edge of the bag should be released as soon as the gather belts have control of it. The operator should learn to present the bag at the same speed the gather belts are moving. When the presentation is correct, the trimmed edge of the bag will be straight and smooth. Too much speed or too much tension will produce a saw-toothed edge as shown. With too little speed or too little tension the blade may not cut or the cut will be ragged (Figure 2.9). Replace the blade when it becomes difficult to make a clean cut. If it has not already been done, you may turn the blade to use the other end of the cutting edge. Figure 2.9 P A 01 05

Place one washer each above and below the pivot plate at the two mounting screw locations P 3.1

SECTION III Adjustments Idle side slot Idle side pivot Block the idle side slot P 3.2 Figure Attach the tensioner spring, and remount the upper idle belt plate. Leave the mounting screws slightly loose. 7. Tighten the pivot screw just enough to allow the mounting plate spring tension to pull the idle belt up against the upper drivebelt. Tighten the back mounting screw slightly to allow the idle belt assembly to pivot. B. REPLACE OR ADJUST THE UPPER DRIVE- BELT: Figures The following information provides replacement and adjustment instructions for the upper drivebelt: 1. Pivot the upper idle belt assembly away from the upper drivebelt assembly. Use the edge of a closure to block the idle side slot (Figure 3.3) so the spring tension being applied to the idle side belt assembly does not affect the following adjustments. 2. Remove the two top covers of the closer. Note the screw lengths for each screw location. 3. Release the upper drivebelt tension at the tensioner pulley. Move the tensioner pulley approximately 1/4 (6 mm) inch away from the belt and slightly tighten the pulley in the mounting slot. Relieves pinch force here Figure Remove the three remaining mounting screws from the drive plate assembly. 5. Replace the upper drivebelt if needed and clean out any residue found in the pulleys. NOTE: To properly set the pinch point for the top belts, the upper idle side belt assembly must be in place and blocked. 6. Replace the four mounting screws including the one that attached the right top cover and leave them slightly loose. 7. Press the front of the upper drive plate assembly against the upper pivot plate assembly so the front of the drivebelt lightly comes into contact with the upper idle belt. 8. Maintain this position between the upper drive and upper idle belts as the four upper drive plate mounting screws are tightened

SECTION III Adjustments Figure 3.4 Figure P 3.3

SECTION III Adjustments 9. Tension the upper drivebelt using the belt tensioner pulley. Apply a light tension to the drivebelt. Manually turn the drive pulley to align the drivebelt to the pulleys and again check the tension on the belt. 10. Replace the two top covers. The pivot screw of the upper drive plate doubles as a screw for the back cover. Remove the pivot screw, and position the back cover onto the closer. Replace the pivot screw through the back cover. C. REPLACE OR ADJUST THE LOWER IDLER BELT: The following information provides adjustment and replacement instructions for the lower idle belt: 1. Remove either the large shield from the side of the closer or the upper idle belt assembly. 2. Make note of the position of the nylon washers on the mounting screws prior to further disassembly. Remove the two mounting screws and Esna nuts from the lower idle side belt assembly. 3. Disconnect the tension spring from the spring anchor point and remove the idle belt assembly. 4. Use a brush to clean the teeth of the pulleys. 5. To replace the belt, loosen only one of the two pulleys. Replace and tension the belt. 6. When remounting the belt assembly be sure to replace the four nylon washers correctly. One each above and below the pivot plate at the two mounting screw locations. 7. Remount the tensioner spring, and remount the lower idle belt plate. Leave the two mounting screws slightly loose. 8. Tighten the pivot screw just enough to allow the mounting plate spring tension to pivot the idle belt assembly into the normal operating position. Tighten the back mounting screw slightly to allow the lower idle belt assembly to pivot under the spring tension. D. REPLACE OR ADJUST THE LOWER DRIVE- BELT: The following information provides adjustment and replacement instructions for the lower drivebelt: 1. Pivot the lower idle belt assembly away from the lower drivebelt assembly. Use the edge of a closure to block the idle side pivot point so the spring tension being applied to the idle side belt assembly does not affect the following adjustments. 2. Release the lower drivebelt tension at the tensioner pulley. Move the tensioner pulley approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm) away from the belt and slightly tighten the pulley in the mounting slot. 3. Remove the two mounting screws from the drive plate assembly. Note the two nylon washers beneath the plate. 4. Replace the lower drivebelt if needed and remove any residue found in the pulleys. NOTE: To properly set the pinch point for the lower drivebelt, the lower idle side belt assembly must be in place and blocked. 5. Replace the two mounting screws, and nylon washers. Leave the mounting screws slightly loose. 6. Press the lower drive plate assembly against the lower pivot plate assembly so the front of the drivebelt lightly contacts the lower idle belt. 7. Maintain this position between the lower drive and lower idle belts as the lower drive plate mounting screws are tightened. P

SECTION III Adjustments Figure 3.6 E. REPLACE OR ADJUST THE CLUTCH DRIVEBELT: Figure 3.6 The following information provides replacement and adjustment instructions for the clutch drivebelt: 1. Remove the two top covers from the closer. Note the length of the mounting screws for reassembly. 2. Release the tension on the upper and lower drivebelt assemblies at the tensioner pulleys. Move the tensioner pulleys approximately 1/4 inch (6.4mm) away from the belt and slightly tighten the pulley in the mounting slot. 3. Remove the three x 1 3/4 inch socket head cap screws from the main drive pulley and remove the pulley from the motor shaft. The lower pulley remains on the motor shaft Carefully disconnect the two wire connectors from the clutch actuating solenoid. 5. Remove the reel assembly. 6. Remove the closure track (see part F below). 7. Loosen the clutch drivebelt tensioner pulley. Slide the pulley assembly out of the way and retighten the mounting screw. 8. Remove the x 3/8 socket button head screw, washer and spring from the end of the breakoff camshaft. P 3.5

SECTION III Adjustments 11. Remove the two x 1/2 inch socket button head screws from the two long clutch mounting posts. 12. Remove the clutch mounting plate and bearing from the camshaft. 13. Loosen the 8-32 socket head screw (or button head screw) located at the bottom end of the camshaft and allow the clutch to drop down against the closer main frame. 14. Work the drivebelt off the clutch pulley and remove the clutch assembly from the breakoff camshaft assembly. The breakoff camshaft remains attached to the breakoff linkage. (Note the bushing on the camshaft). 15. Remove the clutch drivebelt. 16. Place the new belt around the motor pulley and around the breakoff camshaft. 17. Note the flat located on the breakoff camshaft. The 8-32 socket head screw must seat against this flat on the shaft when remounting the clutch assembly. 18. Slide the clutch assembly onto the camshaft with the clutch pulley facing down. 19. Work the clutch drivebelt onto the clutch pulley. 20. Replace the button head screw, washer, and spring to the bottom of the breakoff camshaft. 23. Turn the closer right side up. Apply very light pressure to the clutch drivebelt with the tensioner pulley and tighten the tensioner pulley. The drivebelt must not apply sideload to the clutch. 24. Reconnect the two electrical leads to the clutch solenoid. 25. Check the top drive and the bottom drivebelt routing to be sure the two belts are routed correctly. 26. Slide the two belts onto the main drive pulley and remount the main drive pulley onto the motor shaft. Align and tighten the three mounting screws through the main drive pulley and into the motor pulley. 27. Readjust the tension to the two drivebelts and tighten down the tensioner pulleys. 28. Replace the bottom cover and remount the closer to the stand and return the closer to its upright position. 29. Slide the closure track back into position on the closer. Align the bushings under the two mounting holes in the lok track. Be sure that the spring pin located in the front of the pick is positioned under the pick release plate. Tighten the closure track to the mainframe. 30. Reattach the breakoff return spring. Replace the two top covers and the reel assembly. 21. Remount the clutch mounting plate to the two long mounting posts and tighten. 22. Allow the clutch assembly to drop down onto the bearing in the mainframe. Tighten the 8-32 socket head screw to the breakoff camshaft noting that the screw should seat on the flat of the camshaft. P

SECTION III Adjustments Figure 3.7 F. REMOVE THE CLOSURE TRACK: Figure 3.7 Closures must slide freely through the closure track. Periodic inspections of the track assembly is recommended. Remove the closure track from the closer as follows: 1. Remove the two top covers from the closer. Note the screw lengths for reassembly. 2. Disconnect the breakoff spring from the spring anchor. 3. Locate and remove the two socket button head mounting screws securing the closure track to the closer frame. Note the two spacer bushings between the track assembly and the closer frame. 4. Gently work the closure track assembly out of the closer. 5. Inspect the track body for nicks or scratches. Light imperfections in the track can be sanded by hand to smooth them. Clean the track slot of any foreign material. 6. Lubricate the breakoff lever with a light mineral oil before remounting the track P 3.7

SECTION III Adjustments Note: To manually actuate the closer, the clutch must be tripped. To trip the clutch push the clutch actuator arm away from the clutch control collar. Turn the main drive pulley to cycle. The pulley rotates in one direction only, due to the clutch anti-backup feature. Figure Slide the closure track back into position on the closer. Align the bushings under the two mounting holes in the track. Be sure that the spring pin located in the front of the pick is positioned under the pick release plate. Tighten the closure track to the mainframe. 8. Reattach the breakoff return spring. 9. Replace the two top covers. G. BREAKOFF CAM POSITION: Figures The breakoff cam is properly positioned when the pick connecting rod assembly is full forward in its stroke with the closer in neutral. Adjust as follows: 1. Disconnect the closer power cord. 2. Remove the two top covers. 3. Remove the closer bottom cover to expose the clutch and breakoff linkage. 4. With the clutch in neutral, Manually actuate the clutch. Turn the closer by hand through the closing cycle until the breakoff cam is in the position shown (Figure 3.9). Figure Slide the clutch control collar retaining ring upwards, followed by the control collar itself. 6. Rotate the control collar until it contacts the clutch actuator arm and then slide the collar back into position over the clutch splines. 7. Cycle the closer manually, check to see that the breakoff cam is in the proper position at the end of the closing cycle (neutral). If it is not, repeat step 4 above. 8. Return the retaining ring to its operating position and remount the three covers. P

SECTION III Adjustments H. BREAKOFF ARM ADJUSTMENT: Figure 3.9 With the closer in neutral and the breakoff arm properly adjusted, there should be a slight gap of approximately (0.4 mm) between the breakoff bearing and the breakoff cam. Adjust as follows: 1. Check to see that the closer is in neutral. 2. Remove the left top cover. 3. Loosen the cam bearing adjustment screws and rotate the breakoff cam bearing toward or away from the breakoff cam until the desired gap is achieved. 4. Tighten the two screws, and replace the cover. I. CLOSURE POSITION: Figure 3.10 The lok pick is properly adjusted when it positions the closure as indicated in Figure 3.10 with the closer in neutral. Be sure that closer is in neutral, the lower idle and drivebelts are mounted and properly tensioned, and the closure track is mounted and tight before making the following adjustments: Figure Loosen the pick connecting rod locking nuts and rotate the connecting rod in the desired direction. Rotating the connecting rod changes the position of the pick, and so the position of the strip in the closure track. If the pick is moved backward, tug on the closure strip where it enters the track to seat the closure against the pick. Continue to adjust until the end closure of the strip is in the closing position shown (Figure 3.10). The jaw of the closure should be centered between the lower pulley assemblies. 1. Remove the upper idle belt assembly to access the end of the closure track and the bag film guide. 2. Cycle a strip of closures through the closure track until the end closure is in the closing position (Figure 3.10). Figure P 3.9

SECTION III Adjustments K. LOK CHECK: Figure 3.12 The lok check is adjusted correctly when it keeps the closure from backing up in the closure track as the pick moves through its back stroke. Adjust as follows: NOTE: The closures may back up slightly until contact is made with the lok check. 4. Cycle the closer several times, checking the closure position. When satisfied, retighten the connecting rod locking nuts. Be sure that after tightening the rod ends pivot freely and have not been placed in a bind. J. PICK POSITION: Figures Figure Be sure that the closer is in neutral. 2. Loosen the lok check mount and slide the check assembly in the desired direction. The leading edge of the check should align with the back edge of the closure slot. 3. Tighten the lok check mount and cycle the closer several times to verify the new setting for the check position. The lok pick should engage the closure strip near the back web of the closure, but not so close to that web as to let the pick slide over the web. Adjust as follows: 1. Lubricate and adjust the pick so that it moves freely without excessive play on the pick bearing. 2. Loosen the two set collars located on the pick shaft. 3. Slide the pick shaft assembly accordingly (Figure 3.11). 4. Tighten the set collars, insuring that there is no side to side play in the pick arm shaft when tight. Figure 3.13 P

SECTION III Adjustments Figure 3.14 L. BAG FILM GUIDE: Figures Figure 3.15 The bag film guide provides two functions. First, when properly set it protects the bag film from contacting the edge of the closure opening. Second, the film guide cams open the closure jaw which assists the feeding of the bag film into the closure. The correct film guide position is indicated in Figure Adjust as follows: 1. Insure that the closer is in neutral. 2. Remove the top idle belt assembly as detailed in Part A, Replace or Adjust the Upper Idle Belt. 3. Loosen the two bag film guide mounting screws. Position the bag film guide with a gap of 1/8-5/32 ( mm) as shown in Figures 3.13 and 3.14 and retighten the mounting screws. Figure Lightly push the end closure toward the front of the closer. Check the clearance between the front edge of the closure and the inside edge of the bag film guide. Set the clearance to.015 (0.4 mm). Move the film guide forward or backward to make this adjustment P 3.11

SECTION III Adjustments 5. Check the Closure Cam dimension. This is preset by design but can be incorrect if the bag film guide has been bent. Re-bend the part until the desired cam is achieved. It is recommended the closure cam be set to (0.8 mm) maximum (Figures 3.14 and 3.15). 6. Replace the top idle belt assembly and be sure it pivots freely under the tensioner spring pressure. M. ACTUATING LEVER SWITCH: Figure 3.16 The bag actuating lever switch signals the solenoid module to actuate the clutch. The actuating lever switch is normally closed. As the actuating lever rotates into the switch, the switch contacts open. As the actuating lever rotates out of the switch, the switch contacts close and sends a signal to the solenoid module to actuate the clutch. Adjust as follows: Disconnect power from the bag closer before proceeding. 1. Remove the two top covers from the closer. 2. Remove the top drive pulley section from the closer as detailed in part B, Replace or Adjust the Upper Drivebelt, located in this section of the manual. 3. Remove the small shield from the front of the closer. 4. Remove the lower cover to expose the solenoid module. 5. Disconnect the two wire leads from connectors 3 and 4 of the solenoid module. Connect a continuity meter to the two wire leads. 6. When properly adjusted, the continuity meter signals the closing of the switch as the actuating lever pivots out of the switch. The actuating lever should open the switch with the actuating lever 1/4 (6.4 mm)or less from the actuating lever stop. The switch should close when the actuator lever is 1/8 (3.2 mm) or more from the actuating lever stop as indicated in Figure Slightly loosen the switch mounting screws (2). Move the switch assembly toward or away from the rotation of the actuating lever to adjust for the open and closed positions for the switch as indicated in number six above. 8. Reconnect the two wire leads to the solenoid module and replace the covers and shield before connecting the closer to electrical power. N. PULLEY POSITIONS: Figures 3.4 and 3.17 The location of the down-stream pulleys where the bag exits the belts affects how well the bag top is gathered into the closure opening. The standard location is with the upper pulleys midway in the mounting slots and the lower pulleys in the extreme down-stream position of the slots. As a general rule, to gather the bag more completely into the closure opening, move the pulleys down-stream. To reduce bag marking or tearing, move the pulleys upstream. The following chart may be used as a guide. Refer to Adjustments, Parts A thru D above for moving the pulleys. To reposition the pulleys, you must have access to both sides of the belt assembly. 27 The closer is a RIGHT or LEFT- HAND model. Parts lists include part numbers for both Right and Left-Hand models when applicable. Part numbers followed by an R are specific to a Right- Hand closer. Numbers followed by an L are specific to a Left-Hand closer. SECTION IV Parts Identification IMPORTANT: When ordering parts ALWAYS: PARTS ORDERING PROCEDURES (1) Specify on the order the TYPE, MODEL and SERIAL NUMBER of the machine for which the parts are being ordered. This information is found on the machine's nameplate. (2) Do NOT order by item number. Order by part number. To order individual PARTS, be sure to observe the following procedure: A. Identify the desired PART(S) by referring to the assembly illustrations following in this section. Each PART is assigned an "Item Number" on this illustration. DO NOT ORDER BY THE ITEM NUMBER. B. Refer to the drawings parts list. Locate the pertinent item number in the left-hand column. Opposite the item number is the part number and description to be listed on the order. As an example Shield - Small (see pages 4.2 & 4.3) identifies the Shield as item 16 on the drawing. Referring to the PARTS COMMON Parts List, the description for Item Number 16 is "Part Shield - Small" If the machine nameplate is marked "Type 088A, Model A Serial ," the order should specify as follows: "One Part Shield -Small " (For Closing Head Type 088A, Model A, Serial ) IMPORTANT: The 088A A closure is available in Right - Hand or Left - Hand models. ALL ILLUSTRATIONS DEPICTED IN THIS MANUAL ARE CONFIGURED TO A RIGHT - HAND MODEL 088A A. Parts lists include part numbers for both Right and Left-Hand models when applicable. Part Numbers followed by an R are specific to a Right-Hand machine. Part Numbers followed by an L are specific to a Left-Hand machine. Determine the hand of the machine to insure that the correct parts are ordered. In rare cases it is possible for a Right-Hand part to be used on a Left-Hand machine or a Left-Hand part on a Right-Hand machine. If this is the case, the part description column of the parts list will indicate that this part is specifically for a Right or Left-Hand machine. Use the information and illustration offered below to establish if your machine is a Right or Left-Hand model. 1. MODEL- HAND box on the machine's Nameplate. For a Right Hand model the last letter will be "R". MANUFACTURED BY CORPORATION YAKIMA, WASHINGTON, U.S.A. 088A AK-NRPR For a Left Hand model the last letter will be "L".
