3 pipe Bevelling machines mini K mini Automatic ¾" - 1¾" (20-42mm) Optional from ½" (12.5mm) The Mini machines are lightweight yet powerful pipe bevelling machines. A favourite in areas such as power station shut-downs due to ease of set up and speed of operation. The Mini is equally at home on site or in the workshop. Available in both pneumatic and electric (110v or 230v). Optional accessories include an automatic locking device for high volume repetitive work and elbow locking shafts for the bevelling of elbows and fittings. ¾" - 1¾" (20-42mm) Optional from ½" (12.5mm) The Mini Automatic is a unique machine designed specifically for tube end facing, seal weld removal of tubes in heat exchangers and condensers and the "j-prepping" of the tube plate. The automatic locking, cutting and unlocking of this machine using the foot pedal supplied dramatically reduces production time. Boiler std Boiler 1-4 1" - 3" i/d (20-76mm) The Boiler standard machine combines high power with safe and rapid work execution. This machine is regarded as the number one tool in the marine, boiler and power generation industries and is also widely used for general pipework fabrications. The Boiler effortlessly produces all the standard weld preparations on all materials and schedules of pipe within its range. Pneumatic and electric models are available. Optional accessories include an automatic locking device for high volume repetitive work. 1" - 4" i/d (20-108mm) The Boiler 1-4 is a very popular versatile machine that is robust and extremely powerful. Used in many industries but commonly found in tough in-situ environments, such as power station shut downs. The Boiler 1-4 boasts an increased locking range of 1" to 4" i/d and is available in pneumatic or electric. Optional accessories include an automatic locking device for high volume repetitive work, and elbow locking shafts for the bevelling of elbows and fittings. Bevelling, facing and counter-boring can be performed in one operation. The Supermaxi 4-16 is extensively used in industries such as nuclear, off-shore and specialised processing, can be used using form tools or tipped inserts. Pneumatic, hydraulic and electric models are available. supermaxi " - 20" i/d ( -50 mm) Optional up to 24" (600mm) The Supermaxi 7-24 is an extremely powerful bevelling machine, designed to give long life and accurate weld preparations in the tough in-situ or engineering workshop environments. Fully torque reacted throughout its complete range, it uses one centre locking shaft for all its sizes. The shaft can be detached from the body of the unit to enable easy locking into the pipe. Change over time from one diameter to another is achieved quickly and simply, also can be used with form tools or tipped inserts. The Supermaxi 7-24 is available in pneumatic, hydraulic or electric versions. sb machines 4" - 20" The SB range of Floor Bench Mounted bevelling machines are specifically for production of end bevels on pipes, quickly, accurately and simply. Thanks to the stability of the SB Machines every end prep is identical. These machines are the answer to Pipe Fab shop requirements for maximum productivity. All materials of pipe can be bevelled. The new HYPERMAXI with its innovative intersliding locking system and solid power, a welcome addition to our versatile range of equipment. The HYPERMAXI machine also utilizes the same insert tip tool holders and HSS form tools as the SUPERMAXI 7-24, available in all drive options. The HYPERMAXI gives you the power and stability of a static machine but with portable flexibility mounted on movable frame.

5 pipe cutting machines GBC 2700 saw 1" - 24" o/d (25-600mm) A powerful reciprocating saw, ideal for use on site. The lightweight construction and ease of set up makes the GBC2700 ideal for site work applications. By using the pipe locking vice or chain locking device the GBC2700 produces square cuts. Using the correct blades most materials can be cut including stainless steel and duplex. The GBC2700 is available in pneumatic and electric. orbital pipe saws GBC bench orbital pipe saws are the low cost and practical solution to cut almost all types of metal pipe. Cutting is executed by manually rotating the machine around the pipe. The pipe is cut with one rotation. It is powered by a powerful and sturdy electric motor equipped with speed regulator. The pipe saws produce a square, burr-free cut that does not require any further dressing. Two models are available in the range, The PIPE 4 (½" to 4½") and PIPE 8 (3"-8"). The PIPE 8 model is available with a motorization kit, which will rotate and cut the pipe automatically. lightweight split Frame pipe cutting machines 1" - 36" o/d and above The MCA Clamshells range of portable cold pipe cutting and bevelling machines are designed for ease of use, even in difficult situations. Thanks to their split, low profile and lightweight frame they are the perfect machine for use when access to the pipe is restricted. Our range of clamshells are available with pneumatic, electric and hydraulic motors, and will cover a range from 1" to 36" o/d. Larger sizes are available on request. Cutting and bevelling can be performed simultaneously, any type of weld prep can be achieved including compound angles and "j-preps". The supercutter 6"-60" o/d GBC Ltd also manufacture heavier duty steel construction split frame cutting & bevelling machines. Rugged in design, and built to stand up to the most arduous of site conditions. The Supercutter is supplied from stock up to 60 o/d. Available in pneumatic, electric and hydraulic power supplies, the Supercutter can cut and bevel pipes of almost any wall thickness and any material. The hypercutter 60"-108" o/d The Hypercutter covers from 60 to 108, in just 4 machines! The stability in construction and strength of the motors and gearing enable these machines to cut and bevel pipe with almost any wall thickness, and any material!! The Hypercutter is supplied as standard with two spring loaded o/d copier tool slides to enable consistent bevel results on outof-round pipes. The Hypercutter is available in Hydraulic.

The SPIDER 42 (12"-42") features an innovative ID locking and self centering system combined with multi position motor for power transmission enabling unmatched rigidity compared with similar machines, especially in application on higher diameters where we can guarantee more accuracy. Variable autofeed for radial and axial movements make the machine ready for any on-site repair. HYCUBE 24 The HYCUBE 24, a stationary cutting & bevelling machine for 12 to 24 pipe. To enable a quick and easy flow of pipe through the body of the machine, the lock/ unlock function is carried out semi-automatically. The hydraulics are delivered by an on-board electric motor & power pack. Although the front end appears to be an MCA split ring, the HYCUBE 24 is more a production device than the MCA maintenance machine for the difficult to access jobs. TAF 120 The TAF 120 with its time proven design as an economical in the field pipe cold cutting machine, ideal for pipeline use. With the two parallel chains and centre guide belt you achieve a good degree of accuracy for this type of machine. A quick and easy setup makes the TAF a cost effective option for repetative cuts and a range of 10 to 120 makes it a serious contender as a cold cutting machine. 7 plate Bevelling machines challenge Range 6mm - 50mm Plate thickness 15mm max bevel width The Challenge 12 & 15 plate edge bevelling machines benefit from a compact design to meet with the high demand for a portable machine in many working areas. The Challenge machines gives a clean, bevelled, weld ready surface with no thermal distortion saving time and money. Various angles from 22½ to 55 degrees can be machined by changing the head angle. Milling cutters are available to machine all types of steel, aluminium and exotic materials such as duplex and super duplex. Compact Edge & Reverse 6mm - 60mm Plate thickness 40mm max bevel width The new Compact Edge machines are as the name implies, smaller in design and can be used on or off the trolley stand. The machine can be fitted with a speed regulator to control head & feed speeds to achieve the best in bevel finish & production control. The machine also has a plate detecting sensor to help with the start & end of the bevelling process. The trolley has pistons & wheel dampers to ensure that uneven floors will not affect the cutter head. The Compact Edge can bevel a variety of materials such as; Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel & Aluminium. MultiEdge & Reverse (ALSO J PREP) 6mm - 60mm Plate thickness 40mm max bevel width Not only a plate bevelling machine but also the MultiEdge will remove cladding & face plate edges. A design which is common throughout the EDGE machines is the waste material removal vent & chamber at the back of cutter head which directs waste down into the metal tray placed on the base of the trolley. The MultEdge as with the other EDGE models, come in both top bevelling and underside bevelling versions. For cladding removal, the limits are 10mm minimum & 50mm maximum for both width & depth. It is also possible to either have a 45 or 90 degree step & will also do a J prep. Using a high speed milling head with tungsten carbide inserts, the Edge 46 leaves a superior mirror finish, bevel, perfect for welding and also cosmetic purposes, such as ramps or floor plates. 8 pipe FlAme cutting machines GB cut Flame cutting range 4" upwards GBC s'gb' Cut portable flame cutting and bevelling chain driven machines are the economical solution for cutting and bevelling pipe from 4 upwards. The 'GB' Cut is small and compact, strong and reliable, used by contractors, welders and pipe fitters, equally at home on site or in the workshop. This machine is manually hand cranked around the pipe by the operator. For cutting pipes over 18" GBC Ltd supply a guide belt assembly to ensure 100% square cuts & bevels on large diameters. GB cut Auto G B cut magnetic 4" upwards GBC s 'GB' Cut is also available as an automatic model. Driven around the pipe by an electric motor with a remote control, once the speed is set correctly to the wall thickness of the pipe the 'GB' Cut Auto will cut and bevel the pipe without the need for intervention from the operator. The 'GB' Cut Auto can also be used for cutting exotic materials such as stainless steel, with a plasma system (plasma torch holder available on request). 10 pipe AlignmenT clamps Gold Bridge Clamps 1" - 14" o/d The Gold series, boasting an increased range of up to 14" o/d and manufactured from forged steel for increased strength. Stainless steel roller balls are fitted as standard to the wing bolts. The Gold Bridge Clamps can be used on stainless steel by fitting the optional stainless steel feet to prevent contamination. Silver Bridge Clamps 1" - 14" o/d The lightweight Silver Bridge clamps are quick and easy to use. Three sizes of clamps are available covering a range of pipe from 1 to 14 nominal bore. Instant centring combines speed accuracy and safety. These clamps are used on pipe to pipe, flanges, elbows, T pieces and reducers. The Silver Bridge Pipe clamps can be used on stainless steel without any additional accessories due to the feet and screws being made from stainless steel, preventing contamination of the pipe. Special Pipe Alignment Clamps A new addition to our range of welding fit-up clamps is the SPA series of internal clamps, these i/d locking clamps enable one man operation in the fit-up of a variety of fittings, including elbows, flanges, T-Pieces from 10mm to 940mm i/d. The unique locking system enables the operator to make minor adjustment to the fit-up prior to welding. When you need rapid and precise fit-ups, the SPA Series of pipe clamps are the answer. Single chain Pipe clamps 6" - 72" o/d Designed to offer the welder the best of both worlds. Firstly, a clamp with the strength and ability to align and lightly reform pipes. And secondly, lightweight design and construction for ease of use. The feet of the clamp can be positioned equally around the chain to achieve an accurate pipe alignment in very little time. The Single Chain Clamp can fit up elbows, T-pieces, flanges, end caps and most other pipe fittings. Models are available for carbon and stainless steel. Double chain Pipe clamps 10"-240" o/d Our Double Chain Clamps are designed for the aligning and reforming of pipes and vessels with diameters up to 6 meters (20 ) with large schedules, our design can reform up to schedule 80 and align all schedules. Our Specialized heavy duty clamping feet and double chain lock devices can deal with the most difficult of reforming jobs with operational ease. These clamps can be supplied for use with Carbon or Stainless Steel, and all clamps are supplied in their own durable colour coded storage cases. These clamps are the strongest on the market.

11 pipe purging equipment Double Seal Purge Systems - 12" The GBC Ltd Double Seal System has been designed to reduce both inert gas usage and purging time. Typical purge times are less than two minutes. Used in conjunction with a GBC Purge Monitor, these systems can significantly reduce labour costs. Purge Drum Systems GBC Twin Bag Purging Systems consist of two inflatable bags connected by a spinal tube and a pressure valve. System 8" - 108" Speedy Purge Inflatable Pipe Purging Systems comprise a Speedy Purge 8 " upwards Purge Drums are available for pipes from 200mm to 1000mm diameter. These tools have two heat-resistant sealing lips, taking 340ºC for up to one hour. These cylinders have extremely short purge times of 1 ½ - 2 ½ minutes for all dimensions. The Purge Drums are designed with pullthrough balls to enable the unit to be easily retrieved out of a straight section of pipe, or a pipe with a series of bends or elbows. Twin Bag Purging System tandem inflatable dam system connected by an umbilical hose and collar to reduce volume being purged. Heat Resistant Systems 2 upwards The Twin Purge Bag and Speedy Purge Systems are both available as heat resistant versions, 350C for 24 hours and up to 500C for short periods. xpanding pipe stoppers Steel Nylon Aluminium - Iinflatable GBC s range of Pipe stoppers are available in a number of different styles to suit many applications for pipe sizes from 1/2 to 72. Special Pipestoppers are also available for pressure testing. 2" upwards GBC Ltd offer a range of shapes and sizes of inflatable stoppers, suitable for all applications. Made from a natural rubber bladder covered in waterproof polyurethane coated nylon (or a heat resistant nomex/kevlar mix) to prevent friction and static electricity build up. Through tubes can be supplied with the stoppers when they are required for weld purging applications. Water Soluble Purging Products E-Z Dam is a pre-formed, self-adhesive water soluble purge dam that enables welders to save time on weld preparation as well as improve project timelines. GBC s water soluble paper is also available on the roll so the welder can make their own purge dams when required. Also available in the range is WSF, a water soluble plastic film ideal for use as a purge barrier during TIG welding when traditional purging systems are unsuitable. E-Z Zone Tape is used to seal the root gap between pipes to trap Argon gas, but in a most innovative way! The adhesive edges stick to the area surrounding the root gap on the pipes with the adhesive free zone being placed over the weld.
