The headquarter is situated in Bottrop, where production and central stock is located. The company was founded 1987 as main supplier of the German mining companies. Nowadays we deliver products all over the world to different markets and for many different applications. Today we are focussing on the following business units: Sales & Service of industrial production equipment in the German market Production and sales of nitrogen generators for different applications Production and sales of pipe beveling equipment under licence of BABCOCK worldwide DWT Babcock DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 Ten years ago DWT has taken over the production of pipe beveling machines from the German steam boiler manufacturer Deutsche Babcock, who has developed the machines based on their on-site experience of their own engineers. The advantages of low weight and a high degree of flexibility and capacity proved the product acceptability in the market. The ergonomic design for on-site use and low spare part need added to the advantage and created an unique product range. Boiler Manufacturing Seminar In this seminar effective solutions for productive manufacturing and repair of water wall boilers, water wall panels headers and heat exchangers have been presented. Theoretical lectures and practical demonstrations combined with factory visits made the seminar to a unique event for the boiler industry. In 2009 the seminar took place in Finland and already more than 80 boiler manufacturers were part of it. Also in the year 2011 a seminar took place in Essen, Germany in the factory of DWT GmbH. More than 100 steam boiler manufacturers from more than 30 countries and 5 continents have been invited by DWT. Subsidiary Since 2002 DWT has built up the export business of the pipe beveling and cutting market. Our application engineers with sales & service offices are located in Singapore, Indonesia, Middle East, France, Malaysia, India, UAE, Spain and Russia to support our fast growing business all over the world. High Output Panel Production in Mass Production The panel welding line with two stationary panel welding machines is designed for mass production of water tube panels. The flexible and modular design of the line means it can be built according to customer requirements. A line with a double stationary welding machine system produces up to over 3000 meters of weld in one shift. The panel welding line with two welding machines and integrated tube and fin-bar prefabrication systems is a complete package for high-productivity requirements. The line can be utilized with all necessary components for water tube wall panel production from raw material handling to ready-welded panels. Standard panel widths are 2000, 2500 and 2700 mm. Other widths are also available on request. The length of the panel is set according to the customer needs. Variable Layouts and Flexible Panel Production If you require various sizes of tubes and fins with varying production batches, flexible panel lines can be offered. The fast changeover time for tools makes the line flexible for different tube and fin-bar sizes. An efficient control system makes it possible to use minimal production staff when batch sizes are small. Custom-made design enables enlargement of equipment from service station to mass production. We offer a huge range of pipe stands for each pipe handling application for pipes with a weight up to 2 t. Pipe carts The Cricket pipe cart is for pipes up to 0,4 t and 6,1 m length. It is perfect for transport of material on-site and is delivered directly with lashing strap and fail-safe tyres.
