2 Wireline Pressure Equipment (WPCE) is used to provide the pressure buffer and transition zone for the instrument passage in wireline logging or shotting operation. In operation, the wellhead can be sealed when the wirelne is static and dynamic state with pressure, or closed in the course of a run-off operation and other unforeseen circumstances beyond controlling, to prevent blowout accidents from occurring. And the wireline is repaired with pressure by closing the BOP.

3 Wireline Pressure Control Equipment It's mainly composed of grease injection control head, wireline cutter,hydraulic control tool catcher, lubricator,hydraulic control tool trap, quick pressure test adapter assembly, hydraulic control bop, pump-in sub, crossover flange, hydraulic control and grease injection control system, diesel compressor,transportat ion trailer, lifting tool, top and lower sheave etc and other accessories.

7 Grease Injection Control Head By injecting high-pressure high-viscosity sealing grease to accomplish the static and dynamic seal the cable wellhead. A or two grease injection port and a grease return port, and there are many choke tubes are mounted in the main body. The grease injection seal head contains stuffing box and linewiper. And the safety choke flow ball valve is designed on it, once the cable falling off or broken from the cable head accidentally, the safety choke flow ball valve can plug the cable hole to choked flow and seal wellhead automatically.

8 Line Wiper The Line wipe has a a length of rubber gland, the cable is clasped through hydraulically controlling the piston in the blowout prevention stuffing box to compress the rubber gland, plays the function of scrapping off sealing grease adhered on the cable.

9 Cutter Sub It is located in the bottom of the grease injection head and be used for cutting off the wireline when the emergency is happened and other special cases.

10 Lubricators The lubricator supplies a pressure buffer area for the tool strings which are fed to wells and a transition area for instruments to pass through, and the lubricators can be connected in series to use according to field equirements.the total connection length of the lubricator has a relationship with the maximum length of the instrument strings, usually greater than the total length of the work instrument strings and leave allowance, the ID selection principle of lubricator is greater than the maximum OD of the instrument strings and leave allowance. The single length determined by convenient for the site operation, there are 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m etc various of specifications to chose. In order to reduce the site operation labor intensity, convenient for connection and dismantle, can chose the lightweight titanium alloy lubricator.the lubricator is mainly composed of the top connection, pipe body, union joint, union nut etc (the integral lubricators are optional).

So, the on-site personnels urgently need the lightweight lubricators. The titanium alloy as the high strength, small density, anti corrosion, high temperature resistance, high performance material, and as the ideal material of the lubricator more and more get the welcome of the on-site personnels, our company has successfully developed various of specifications titanium alloy lubricator for many users, and has been in the field application and the field response is very good.

12 Tool Catcher The tool catcher is a safety device, which is installed between the seal head and the lubricator, it is mainly used for automatically grasping rope socket when tools are connected underground and are lifted to the top end of the lubricator, thereby effectively preventing cables from falling off the cable head or instruments drop in well when the cable is broken when the rope socket is impacted on the bottom end of the seal head because of the very fast pulling speed or over big pull force. When release the rope socket, should use the hydraulic control system for pressurizing to lead the hydraulic force to push the piston in the tool catcher and the robotic gripper, the piston drives the robotic gripper which is opened, and then release the rope socket. The upper end connect the grease injection seal head choke flow tube directly, and the safety choke flow ball valve is designed on it, once the cable falling off or broken from the cable head accidentally, under the function of the high pressure flow or the airflow, the safety choke flow ball valve can plug the cable hole to choked flow and seal wellhead automatically.

13 Hydraulic Tool Trap When the tool strings pulled up and forced open the shift fork which in the state of level in the tool trap and after enter into the lubricator, the shift fork reset to level state automatically, block the tool strings inside the lubricator, to prevent accidentally fall into well, when running tool strings, by hydraulic control or manual control to make the shift fork erect and let the tool strings to pass through. there are two operation manners, manual and hydraulic control can chose.bleed port is designed on the tool trap, its major function is release the residual pressure in the lubricator and convenient for dismantling the pressure control equipment when the instrument from downhole pulled up to lubricator and after closing the wellhead valve, the manometer mounted on the bleed port can used for reflecting wellhead pressure at any time.

14 Quick Test Sub The instrument has in the well but find problems, and need to pull-up the instrument from wellhead to repair or during the segmental perforation operation, when change the perforating gun and need to dismantle the lubricator from the quick pressure test adapter assembly unionconnection,when change perforating gun and bridge plug or after the instrument has repaired, connect lubricator to the wellhead again also from this position, after complete connecting, only need to use the manual pump to inject few hydraulic oil between the two sealing rings and up to the well pressure to quickly test whether the connection and sealing is ok, because of the other parts of the lubricator without dismantled, avoid the trouble of the pressure self-inspection, save the site operation time and reduce the labour intensity.

Hydraulic Triple (Dual ) Wireline BOP Bop is used for closing the wellhead when the seal head couldn't effectively seal or when the wireline armoured broken wire at the bottom of the seal head and lead to a bird's-nest and other accident happens. its internal equipped with two-layer semiclosed wireline ram, between the two semi-closed wireline ram inject high pressure high viscosity seal grease can enhance the sealing effect of the bop, accomplish the fully sealing of the wellhead. Can through remote hydraulic control to close the bop, also can by the manual-lock when the hydraulic control lose efficacy, or after the hydraulic control shut in then manual locking. only the hydraulic control manner can open the bop. Single,dual,triple and Quad rams BOP can be choiced according to needing.

17 BOP Cage and Work Platforms The bop cage is used for installing and fixing the bop during transport the trailer, supporting the bop on the ground, protect the hydraulic joint of the bop from damaged in lifting process, can provide four safe and reliable operation platforms for the operators after connected to the wellhead together with the bop.

18 Pump-In Sub The pump-in sub is mainly used for the pump truck by the fracture lines or the drilling hose to pumping fluid to wash well or inject water into lubricator and add pressure to do pressure self-inspection, or bleed the residual liquid in the lubricator when the wellhead valve has closed and the lubricator has released the pressure etc. the cock valve is mounted on it, used for injecting water and adding pressure or close wellhead after pumping fluid into the well, thereby dismantle the drilling hose, also can used for bleeding the pressure liquid in the well or in the lubricator by the drilling hose. the manometer used for observing the pressure in lubricator at any time.

19 Hydraulic control and grease injection pressure control system Hydraulic control and grease injection pressure control system are integrated in a specially designed trailer, integrated all control elements(control valve, manometer, system principle diagram and connection diagram) on the operation panel, all the control lines, pipeline drums and control elements on the operation panel through the high pressure hard pipe integrated connect. The system is mainly composed of the stainless steel operation panel, various of control switches and valves, manometer, connecting line, two sets imported grease injection pumps, air drive hydraulic pump, energy accumulator, hydraulic fluid reservoir, grease injection oil tank, hydraulic and grease injection lines, under pressure line winding drum, trailer body etc. The control lines of the system provided can make the operation personnels to work safely away from the high pressure wellhead about 20m.

20 Diesel Air Compressor The main function of the diesel air compressor is to provide the compressed air for the air drive grease injection pump and the gas drive hydraulic pump in the grease injection hydraulic control system. Can provide 1.0 MPa sufficient compressed air. The diesel air compressor is mainly composed of the diesel, air compressor head, gas receiver, oil tank, frame, electronic starting device and protective cover etc. has the features of compact structure, high performance, reliable operation, long service life, convenient for operation maintenance, anti-explosion etc.

21 Transportation Trailer The whole set of equipment parts and accessories are installed and fixed on this specially designed trailer, convenient for the integral hoisting, transportation, storing and operation. There designed tool kit, which can store tools, accessories, wearing part. equipped with integral lifting rigging which can prevent rain,dust and sand.

22 Flange Adapter Wellhead connection crossover flange is used for connecting the whole pressure control equipment to the wellhead expediently and firmly.the upper end is union button connect to the pump - in sub, the lower end is the flange connect to the wellhead.

23 Hay Pully Top and lower sheaves are used matching with the guide rope device which can regulate the wireline trip.

24 Clamp & Hoisting Tool The lifting tools with triangle plate are mainly used for lifting the products toward the wellhead after the products have connected, so as to connect and install the pressure control equipments on the wellhead. There are four lifting positions on the lifting tool totally, as show in the picture on the right, the long lifting ring of the triangle plate connected with the hook of the crane, the bilateral bow shackle connected to one side of the two pieces steel wire rope rigging, the short lifting ring of the davit arm used for hanging the top sheave. The bottom lifting plate used for hanging the lubricator.

25 DOLLY After connect the seal control head, tool catcher and the lubricator, use the crane lifting, and when it erect to protect the bottom of the lubricator free from the friction and collision of the ground, avoid the sealing surface of the lubricator and the rubber sealing ring damaged, at the same time convenient for the moving and lifting of the lubricator.

26 Attachment Special Tools and Accessories Air driven grease transportation pump, used for injecting seal grease into the grease oil tank, the use of the air source same as the grease transportation pump. High pressure test manual pump and the pressure test lines, used for injecting the high pressure hydraulic oil into the quick pressure test adapter assembly, in order to do the pressure self-inspection of the lubricator, also can do the simple pressure test on the ground for the lubricator etc pressure-containing parts.
