20 Modular Capture Vessel - MCV Key Tanker FPSO DP FOI The MCV ( 模块式漏油捕获船 ) was fitted out with dynamic positioning technology as well as processing equipment, additional accommodation and other facilities to enable it to take on its containment role as required. Topside Process & Marine Modules MCVs are unique, converted at Drydocks World in Dubai. 21 Modular Capture Vessel - MCV The MCVs will operate as normal tankers in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico and will be outfitted and deployed for hydrocarbon capture and containment services in the event of a deepwater well control incident in the region.
