Operation and maintenance 1. The couple vibrating motors are joined as a whole with relative motion. 2. While installing the motor on the vibrating equipments, holding down bolt should use release device in case bolt loosening which can cause vibrating motor damage. 3. Pleases test run the motor for 2-4 hours after installation, then the machine can be used if every thing is fine during test running. 4. Light maintenance should be made once every 4-6 months, and general repair should be done once a year. 5 Maintenance for bearing should be done periodically, by adding lubricant on it properly once every 3-5 months, the amount of lubricant injection could be 2/3 of bearing chamber. 河南威猛振动设备股份有限公司 - 1 -

5 WZQF frank disk exciter WZQF frank disk exciter is to install the flanges on the both side-boards of screen, which is connected by a drive shaft. The motor is used to drive via the connected drive shaft. Flange exciter is to install two flanges on both side boards of screen. Please, keep the phase angle in the same direction when installing. 2. Add lubricant to exciter once every 3-5 months. The exciter should be to inspect the tightness of its bolts once every 4-6 months, and to check the abrasion of its bearing once a year.
