3 1. Company introduction 青岛安华新元风能股份有限公司 is a national high-tech enterprise which specializes in small and medium wind turbine design and manufacture. More than 30 years, the company dedicates to small and medium wind turbine whole system R&D and popularization, and accumulates rich experience in design and construction. On Jan. 30th, 2012, the enterprise was re-organized according to share-holding system, which means that ANE development makes a further step and starts a new journey. In the current excellent situation, the passionate and innovative ANE staff will contribute more to Chinese small and medium wind power industry with the great support of various customers at home and abroad. ANE wind turbines adopt whole self-developed technology; meanwhile, ANE possesses more than 10 patents such as pitch controlled system, automatic safety protection system, yawing, permanent magnet generator etc.. Now, there are three series of products: Diffused-type wind turbine AH-400W; Yawing wind turbine AH-500W, AH-1kW, AH-1.5kW and AH-2kW; Pitch controlled wind turbine AH-5kW, AH-10kW and AH-30kW. ASP hugging institutions will brakes wind turbine after the generator rotating speed drops down. After braking, if ASP checks that the average wind speed is always below 12m/s in 45minutes, it will send brake-off signal, and the ASP will release wind turbine main shaft and pitch controlled mechanism to make wind turbine restart. Over current protection When ASP system check the output current of wind turbine is over 45A, it will send a brake-off signal to stop wind turbine and output an alarm signal. Over voltage protection When ASP system check the output voltage of wind turbine is over 560VDC, it will send a brake-off signal to stop wind turbine and output an alarm signal. Power-fail of power grid protection When ASP system check the power grid is power off, it will send a brake-off signal to stop wind turbine and output an alarm signal. After the power grid resume, ASP system will restart the wind turbine again
