3 Service Programs Life Cycle Cost Coverage Program (LCC Program) As an all-inclusive program for servicing, the Life Cycle Cost Coverage Program covers both scheduled maintenance and ad-hoc repair. It is designed specially to relieve the bus operator so he does not need to deal with the uncertainty and risks of maintenance and repair costs. With better control over running costs, the vehicle owner will then be able to utilize his operating budget more effectively and accurately. The LCC Program offers a comprehensive service such as Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), oil and filter change using ZF Ecofluid A Plus, fleet monitoring, repairs and/or overhaul work on peripheral parts and transmissions by ZF. The LCC program covers 100% labor, ZF Ecofluid A Plus and materials for maintenance, repair or replacement of ZF supplied parts. * A minimum of 30 units is recommended to start on LCC Program. The four different service levels of LCC, range from level zero to level three. Service Level Description Extended Coverage Program (ECP) Modeled similar to an extended warranty scheme, the Extended Coverage Program covers all ad-hoc repairs whenever necessary. It is designed to relieve the bus operator of the burden of uncertain repair cost risks. ECP offers comprehensive service that includes repairs and/or overhaul work on transmissions by ZF. ECP is priced as a fixed cost, so ZF will bear the costs for replacement parts and labor. The ECP applies to new units only and a pre-delivery check at zero mileage is mandatory. Term of the program is up to 5 years or 400,000 km, whichever comes first. The contract applies to all parts supplied by ZF, including: Transmission system Wiring Main transmission Electronic control unit Oil cooler Speed range selector switch Level 0 Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 At 0 mileage, a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) is carried out in line with a standard checklist. Oil change using ZF Ecofluid A Plus at km (90,000 miles) or every 2 years. Ecomat Service Check in line with standard ZF maintenance instructions. Component repair / replacement on site. Transmissions overhaul repairs are carried out by us. ZF reserves the right to decide whether faulty parts should be repaired or replaced with genuine ZF parts. Components are replaced free of charge. 3 4

4 Service Programs Scheduled Preventive Repair Scheduled transmission repairs contain all parts including gaskets, seals, discs and oil filling of ZF Ecofluid A Plus. Preventive repair b. Breakdown repair Standard warranty for the above two services is induced. Preventive repair This is a fixed-price exchange offer with a special discount on parts used. ZF is able to negotiate further incentives of free goodwill repair upon completion of specified volume units. In addition, we also provide value-added services such as: Oil analysis to determine transmission condition before removal Assistance in fault diagnosis, and site audit Pre-delivery insp. check upon complete installation For first oil change of every repaired transmission, ZF will assist in assessing the unit and parts for further adjustments if necessary. Breakdown repair This is a fixed price offer for repair per unit, ZF will service the transmissions upon customer's request. 5 6
