Units can be used for flask or flaskless moulds or combination of the two. Crane controls can be included and if required, a hoist on monorail or X-Y crane can be offered. Using the latest design software allows LFE to visualise the machinery before it is built. Also it is possible to carry out advanced FEA on the 3D models giving LFE engineers an insight to the stresses the machine can experience. When it comes to plant layouts our engineers have both 2D and 3D software at their disposal allowing us to give the most flexible approach to the consumer s requirements.
