As far as the eye can see, you can look out over the enormous property, where the villa is embedded in a landscape of lemon and olive trees. Over 500 carob trees grow on the site, which the owners use to produce high-end organic products. The first terrace area is directly by the pool and is accessible from the house through large double doors. Enjoy a fabulous view from here over the gently rolling landscape. The surrounding countryside extends over an area of 42,000 m², making this the perfect remote location. There is plenty of outside seating in the beautiful roofed dining area, for example, where pretty furniture invites you to a leisurely outdoor meal. A simple menu is easily prepared and savoured at the barbeque. The chill-out zone with wicker-style lounge chairs beckons for happy hour, as does the small seating section by the pool, which has an umbrella for shade if desired. From here, you can see the beautiful olive garden and relax on comfortable wood loungers. If it gets too warm, it's easy to dip in the 50 m² pool, which is lined with mosaic tiles. The building was thoroughly and carefully renovated just a few years ago. The traditional Mallorcan details were lovingly preserved, including the stately entryway with its imposing ceiling and staircase leading up to a gallery. Like the rest of the house, it is charmingly furnished and magnificently rustic. From the cosy living area with fireplace (there are two fireplaces in the house), a round arch leads to the adjacent open, spacious kitchen, which houses a round dining table. For more dignified tastes, meals can be taken in the separate living and dining room, surrounded by decorative stone walls. There are altogether three 2

3 double bedrooms in the building. The combination of modern, wrought-iron bed frames and dark antique wardrobes is in perfect harmony with the light walls and warm terracotta floor tiles. The two bathrooms have very different and appealing designs. The white bathtub has a maritime tile border in the typical Mallorcan style, while the second is a natural-stone shower with warm earth tones. Many small details throughout the house lovingly combine tradition and modernity in perfect harmony. The flat landscape around Llucmajor also has a welldeveloped network of bike paths. The pretty cafes of Llucmajor are therefore a common destination for cyclists looking for refreshment. Three days a week, there is a market where you can shop in a relaxed atmosphere. After shopping, you can go to the Plaça d'espanya to one of the many cafés to watch the colourful hustle and bustle before heading back to the villa "Galadent Johannis". If you do want to leave this refuge at some point, the popular beaches are inviting. These include Platja de Palma or Cala de Sant Antoni. They are only 12 to 14 km away. 5 reviewed by Birgitt on Beautiful secluded location. In the outside area high-quality equipment with many different seats. Great big pool. Inside there is everything you need. Beautiful big kitchen with new dishwasher and new huge fridge. The baths extremely clean. The landlords were extremely nice and helpful. For smaller problems we were helped quickly. On the surrounding properties grow the carob trees which are processed by the landlord and we got very tasty samples of the special products. We can only recommend the Finca. reviewed by Ute on The Finca is wonderfully quietly situated. The outdoor area is super beautiful and well-kept and above all the large pool is a dream. Especially if you want to avoid overcrowded beaches in the high season. The location is great for excursions in every direction on the island, many supermarkets can be reached by car in a few minutes!
