47 Moving Ahead Investigative methods have proven to be helpful for both private and public pipe Design of the private work was more difficult due to the unknowns that were discovered in the field Based on the success of the previous pilots HRSD hopes to meet or exceed the 70% I/I reduction goal Pilot Work is estimated to be completed in December 2015, with Effectiveness Evaluation afterward HRSD is developing rehab plans for over 300 basins to achieve over 150 MGD peak flow removal 19
