3 Overview Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) Setup co-curricular activities (CCA) online to enable students to select their preferred choices and for teachers to approve & decline student applications 3

5 Create New CCA Type Step 1: Go to School Admin -> Co-Curricular Activities and click on CCA List 5

6 Create New CCA Type Step 2: Click CCA Settings 6

7 Create New CCA Type Step 3: Click Create New Type 7

8 Create New CCA Type Step 4: Enter new CCA Type (eg. Sports, Uniformed Groups) Step 5: Enter CCA Type Description Step 6: Select whether this CCA Type is compulsory for pupils Step 7: Define the maximum no. of selections for this CCA type for pupils. Enter 0 for no limits. Step 8: Click Save 8

19 Create New CCA Step 1: Go to School Admin -> Co-Curricular Activities and click on CCA List 19

20 Create New CCA Step 2: Click Create 20

21 Create New CCA Step 3: Select an existing CCA Type or click Create New Type to immediately create a new CCA type 21

22 Create New CCA Step 4: Enter the CCA Name and the CCA Description 22

23 Create New CCA Step 5: Select the day, start time & end time of the CCA each week Step 6: Click on Add More Day/Time if the CCA is conducted more than once a week to add more scheduling slots 23

24 Create New CCA Step 7: Select the levels which are eligible to apply for admittance into the CCA 24

25 Create New CCA Step 8: Define the status of the CCA. - Open allows student application - Close doesn t allow student application Step 9: Click on the calendar icon and select the End Date which will automatically close student application for the CCA 25

26 Create New CCA Step 10: Enter the venue of the CCA Step 11: Enter the CCA Quota which determines the maximum no. of pupils who can be admitted into the CCA 26

27 Create New CCA Step 12: Click on the name(s) of the teacher(s)-in-charge. Press the Ctrl key to highlight multiple names. 27

28 Create New CCA Step 13: Use the SINGLE arrow buttons to move the highlighted names INTO the Selected Teacher(s) list or to move them OUT of the list The DOUBLE arrow buttons will move ALL names IN or OUT of the list Step 14: Click on Save to proceed with creating the new CCA 28
