What s not to like? Shaun O Farrell, Refrigeration Director It s a tough time to be in the transport business with crowded road systems, tight budgets and spiralling fuel costs. With nearly twenty years in the industry we use our knowledge and experience to design and develop refrigeration systems with the functionality to meet these challenges head on. The GAH range GAH systems can carry temperature sensitive goods for chill, freeze and heat applications in single or multi-compartment suitably insulated vehicles. The Lance and Arrow models for small and medium vans are a benchmark for efficiency and flexibility The all-new Rapier and Super Rapier models are lighter and more powerful and are suitable for a wide variety of vehicles Our box body units are available in one and two piece variants and fit small to medium sized box body vehicles The Fuel Saver (FS) range include our patented air management kits; designed in conjunction with leading airflow management specialists at Cranfield University to direct airflow around the box yet still through the unit s coil. Whereas some deflectors starve the fridge unit of air, decreasing the fridge s performance, the GAH FS systems manage the airflow for optimum cooling and fuel efficiency. GAH new innovations Scroll standby compressors that consume less electrical power than conventional systems DC power supplies that are lighter and supply a smooth 12 or 24 volt supply for enhanced component life Reduced pipework helping to reduce weight and gas levels New, more robust road compressors to cope with increased engine bay temperatures Air management kits All-new Lance models (L200 and L201) that take their power from the vehicle s crankshaft and have an optional single phase standby The J500 is an all-new lightweight 5KW unit to replace and upgrade the current Excalibur range. Lance (L200) Super Rapier (SR350) Javelin (J500) Excalibur (EX700) Because we manufacture all of our refrigeration systems here in the UK, we re on hand whether you need support or maintenance. That s the strength of the GAH Service organisation - it means personal attention. This has allowed us to develop a highly skilled production team who also support our mobile service engineers. We have a range of maintenance options, which have been designed to suit the diversity of our customers applications, but all aim to provide the reassurance you need and help to control the budget. Nationwide Service Engineers Our network of engineers operate nationwide and are individually trained to work on the GAH range of systems. As refrigeration engineers, they are also able to repair and maintain other systems. This may be useful if your fleet operates with a variety of refrigeration products or if you re thinking of phasing in GAH systems but want only one maintenance contract. Benefits of GAH maintenance support 24/7 UK-based call centre Our engineers vans are mobile workshops, stocked with a full complement of replacement components On the rare occasion that a component is not available on one of our vans, a replacement is only hours away We come to your site to service and attend breakdowns at a time convenient to you We strive to achieve a fix on the first visit Our engineers have the latest PDA systems and can produce electronic work reports We aim for a four-hour response time for Gold customers To discuss our maintenance options and find out which is best for you, please call us on Gold Shield Our most popular package is Gold Shield. Paid monthly (fixed for 2-5 yrs), the contract covers two scheduled services per year. All parts, labour, travel and breakdowns are included in working hours (8am-6pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). We also offer a 24/ 7/365 Platinum package. Please call to discuss availability. Bronze Shield For a fixed monthly fee, GAH will service your system twice per year. Bronze contracts are reviewed and renewed annually and all work (incl breakdowns) is carried out in working hours (see Gold Shield). Pay As You Go To comply with the warranty, your system must be serviced twice per year. Our PAYG charges cover the service and travel (up to 2 hours). All GAH systems carry a minimum one year warranty, which is subject to certain conditions. Please call for further information.
