4 Dimensions and weigts of AKAPP C-profiles Availale C-profile types R150, R300, R400, R500 and R600. Standard lengts of profile R150 and R300 is 4 metre. Standard lengt of profiles R400, R500 and R600 is 6 metre. Te special sape of te profile guarantees smoot running of te cale trolleys. Terefore, mecanical resistance and wear of te trolleys remains low. Te profiles can also e used for outdoor applications or under dusty and umid conditions. Te weels of te trolleys clean te surface wile running on it, so tere s no gatering of dust etc.. Te C-profiles are also availale in stainless steel, for agressive environments. However a special guiding rail is needed for proper guiding of te cale trolleys. See te drawing on te rigt. It is recommended to use quadrantue profiles for tese applications. 5 AKAPP C-profile and components Te AKAPP C-profile is availae in a many sizes and performances, making it suitale for practically every circumstance, regarding load capacity and environment. Profile types R150 and R300 are standard made of zinc plated steel. Profile types R400, R500 and R600 are dicromated. Te dicromating process improves te quality of te zinc plating, wic results in etter resistance against corrosion. 12 Moile pendant terminal ox for profile R150 AKAPP moile pendants ave een developed specifically for cranes requiring remote pendant control, terefore allowing te crane operator to work from a safe position. Availale are: a. Moile pendants, standard fitted wit terminal ox (plastic or steel). Te pendant cale and flat cale(s) can easily e inserted into te entry glands. Connection y means of individual terminals.. Moile pendants, standard fitted wit plug/socket unit. Tis simplified and compact pendant unit as een developed for applications up to 24 terminals. See reverse for details. Moile pendant wit terminal ox, SBWK150G Te ox is provided wit a cale gland PG48 for te flat cale(s) to enter. A cale gland PG21 at te ottom allows entry for te pendant cale (see mounting diagram elow). Tis is usually a round cale wit 2-sided integrated steel wires. A strainer wire termination is included. Te terminal ox is connected to te two suspension trolleys y means of swivels. Tis allows te terminal ox to swing witout affecting te movement of te trolleys. 13 Moile pendants wit plug/socket, SBWS150M Te zinc plated steel cassis is provided wit a socket (eiter 16 or 24 terminals) and a cale gland for flatform cale. Tis cale can easily e connected to te terminals. Te pendant cale is to e connected to te 16- or 24-polige plug. A terminal for te strainer wires is provided. Making te connection etween te pre-wired plug and socket is fast and easily done.
